A classic, generously proportioned luxury 3 bedroom 3 bathroom apartment with underground security parking. The apartment has been appointed & styled for its owner to enjoy and hopefully you will too.
Sitting in the middle of Australia’s two best beaches – Clarkes/The Pass and Tallows. Similarly tantalising, it is equidistant from the Lighthouse/Wategoes Beach and Town.
A complimentary ‘Welcome Gift’ is provided for all our Guests upon arrival. If there’s anything else you may need during your stay, please contact the Manager to make arrangements prior to your arrival.
The apartment is located on the third level with internal stairs only so please contact the Manager prior to booking if you’re unsure about access for you & your guests.

Underground security parking for 1 car (no storage facility)
**NB MAXIMUM HEIGHT 1.9m AT ENTRY. If in doubt please don’t enter as any damages will be guest’s responsibility.

The charging of any Lithium batteries used for powering e-Bikes and
e-Scooters on the premises, including the garage and inside the apartments is strictly prohibited.

Being an ocean swimmer, I particularly love our beautiful beaches & know this is one of the biggest draw cards to the town. In addition to this, we have wonderful walking tracks to indulge in the natural beauty. Take an easy stroll into the town & enjoy a vast array of food, music & be a part of the laid back lifestyle… that is Byron!

I love that the apartment is located out of the hustle & bustle of town, though still in the original tourist precinct of Byron Bay. The complex is nestled in the peace & beauty of Arakwal National Park whilst offering prime access to world famous beaches. This is an apartment that boasts modern designs, generously sized bedrooms & living areas, both inside & out! You can simply park your car, slow down, chill out & relax here!
