This is the second year our extended family has stayed at this property. It is spacious; well cared for; lots to do in the water; and the location is wonderful. Our children and grandchildren tell us that they would love to come again and again. You will be pleased with a stay at this property.
The place was just as described in the listing and photos. A big bonus that isn’t mentioned in the listing: they have 4 little kayaks, 1 medium single person kayak, a very large double kayak, a peddle boat, loads of life jackets all free to use in the garage/boat house. There are 2 refrigerators which was very helpful for our party. Beds were comfy.
The cabin was clean and well stocked! We had 10 adults and 2 toddlers (1 1/2 and 3) with us and we were very comfortable. The couch is large and cozy. The kids liked having some ‘new’ toys to play with. The beds are very comfortable. The showers were hot and had good water pressure. It was nice having the dock when we rented a boat. The neighborhood was very nice and we enjoyed nightly walks. I will say just as a note to parents of small children, it was difficult having toddlers at this particular house because there was no way to put up our baby gate on the stairs at the bottom. Also the big deck was wonderful to sit on and watch the birds but also not toddler friendly. There were too many nails sticking out and the railing was missing wood so it wasn’t really safe for them. The beach area is completely rocks, so that was kind of a bummer for the kids to not be able to play. Of course none of this ruined our trip in any way, I just wanted to let families with littles know so they are prepared! We had a wonderful family vacation and made lasting memories!
We loved out stay at this Cabin. It was exactly as we wished covered with trees right on the lake. The rooms and gathering areas in the kitchen were perfect for late night games. This home definately helped us create som good memories. We will return.
We enjoyed staying in this cabin. There was quite a few of us but there was plenty of space. The large eating area of the kitchen was nice. Access to coves for exploring is nice and close by too. We saw several deer and eagles right across the lake from us. We asked several questions and the Host was always super quick to respond.
Our family had a wonderful trip and enjoyed the large and spacious cabin and the beautiful surroundings on the lake front. There was an abundance of water toys, (kayaks and such), to keep everyone busy and having fun. The bedrooms were comfortable and there were plenty of beds for our 11 guests. The dining area was spacious and provided a wonderful gathering place for meals. Just lounging on the deck right on the lake was the perfect place to relax and enjoy. We would definitely stay there again the next time we are up that way.
Talk about a great place to stay and relax by the lake! This was exactly what we were looking for on our family trip. It's great for fishing and boating. You can't get a better location for ATV/UTV trails, which are just down the road. All in all, this place met all of our needs. All of the kids loved playing in the lake with all the water toys this house had available for use.
Cabin is better than expected. Kitchen view was amazing. The first cabin that our large group fit in one kitchen table! Cabin comes with everything that you need. We loved our stay and plan on coming back! The host is also very responsive which we appreciate so much.
We had a great time. The cabin had all the immenities that made for easy preparation of meals! The large and beautiful dining table fit our whole group for meals and games! The extra canoes and the pedal boat were great fun and more of the family could be on the water at the same time. The property manager host was available through email and answered questions promptly and was most helpful! We would love to come back and stay at this property again!
My brother wanted to see Yellowstone. Tiffany's lakefront property was the "calm" we were lucky enough to come back to at the end of each day before going back again to beautiful Yellowstone. It was just what we needed.
There were only 5 of us, but the cabin could easily have accomodated many more with all sorts of water toys etc. Tiffany was always quick to answer questions and help.
We ranged from ages 3 to 73 on this vacation. This lakeside cabin has 2 downstairs bedrooms so if stairs are an issue, there are options. 2 fridges were nice and the dining area was plenty big for all of us. Plenty of fun water equipment to use with a nice outdoor firepit for smores. We had 5 vehicles and a boat trailer to park, and we had space to spare. I would highly recommend this property.
We have stayed at many cabins around Island Park and this was the best. The location is fantastic. Being right on the water made it so easy. There was no need to haul things from the cabin to the deck since it is so close to the water.
We spent almost all our time on the fenced deck over the water by the private boat dock and the large firepit area.
The boat house has plenty of life jackets, kayaks, and a peddle boat.
The cabin was comfortable. The big kitchen and eating area were big and fit our family. The kitchen was well-equipped (frying pans, pots, even an extra large pot for pasta night, electric griddle, cookie sheets, and crock pot)
The arcade in the family room was a hit for adults and kids when we were not on the water.
We loved our stay.
Our family trip had everything! Water fights, pranks, boating, pranks, hiking, pranks, good food, pranks, swimming, and most especially pranks. The house was very well outfitted and had everything we thought we had forgotten--first aid supplies, comfy towels, good pots and pans for cooking. The private dock was amazing. The beds were comfortable. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating, and even helped with some of the pranks :)
The only drawback--most of us are over 6 ft tall and would occasionally hit our heads on one of the ceiling lamps. However, any concussions that occurred ended up making us smarter, so not really a detriment.
11/10 would visit again.
I could spend two pages talking about the absolutely awesome location of this cabin, but that still wouldn’t do it justice! Situated on Bill’s Island, right on the water, we couldn’t have hand picked a better location for our stay!
The cabin itself is very clean. It has a very quaint, rustic vibe, which is exactly what we wanted. The size was perfect for the 12 of us. We had plenty of room and even though there are only two showers, we were just fine. DO NOT let that sway you from booking this cabin!
The only problem we had is that it was so perfect, we actually cut out a day of visiting Yellowstone because everyone wanted to stay at the cabin 😂.
The host was gracious and responded to any question we had during our stay.
We will definitely be returning!
First of all, what a beautiful location!! Right on the water, and still tucked into the forest. We had everything we needed plus more. We enjoyed the peddle boat and kayaks… and appreciated the life jackets in all sizes. Caught a few trout from shore, relaxed on the deck while enjoying the view of the lake… roasted s’mores over the campfire.. everything we expected for our cabin getaway. The kids were entertained by the arcade game, and the littler ones enjoyed the toys provided. All that to be said, when we had an unexpected power outage due to construction down the road.. Tiffany was able to call the power company and get things running again quickly! I could go on and on about all the great features of the house, but you’ll just have to come check it out for yourself! Bring your family, lots of room for all! Thanks Tiffany!
We had an amazing time with beautiful water the whole trip. The cabin was clean, a great location with our own dock and plenty of fun toys to play with! Thanks for the memories
Beautiful cabin on lake with tons of amenities. Host is very quick to respond and take care of any needs. Would come here again and again.

Hi, my name is Tiffany. I love spending time with my family. My kids are growing fast right before my eyes, so we do all we can to spend our time together. We love hiking, boating, skiing on the slopes of Grand Targhee, riding bikes, and caring for our animals on our homestead. I love being outdoors and it's especially satisfying for my soul to see my kids cultivating a great love for all things in nature as well.
Why they chose this property
We purchased this property with the hopes and dreams of spending more time together as a family. We stood on the dock, looked out over the water and knew this would be a great place to make lots of memories.
