Cozy Lakefront Cabin

Cozy cabin with modern country twist located on Bill's Island with it’s own private dock on the lake. Come stay and enjoy the quiet serenity of the outdoors, relax by the fire, play in the lake with our kayaks/peddle boat or cast in a line and catch your dinner.

Feel free to bring your own boats and tie up on your own private dock and slip.
Atv and Utv trails abound from your front door. Horseback riding, hiking, river rafting to winter snowmobiling and skiing are steps away.

Enjoy a little culture and fun in the picturesque mountains at the Yellowstone Playhouse.

And don’t forget one of the greatest National parks-Yellowstone is only 31miles away!

Staying on our annual family vacation. House was very clean, roomy and well stocked. Location was great. Back deck and boat dock were amazing. Kids loved surfing when waves it the boat dock. Highly recommend.

We had an excellent stay! The deck over looking the water was a big hit for the entire family and we spent the majority our time here, watching the action of the lake to pelicans to osprey to bald eagles. It was amazing. In addition, the fire pit was a great addition. We had plenty of room to sit the entire family in the dining room. The one draw back was the size of the immediate kitchen was a little tight but having two fridges and plenty of counter space was very helpful. Would definitely come back again!

This is a cabin getaway! You’re in the woods, you’re on the water, dirt paths to traverse! The bedrooms aren’t big, but the beds are comfortable. The living spaces are spacious, fun for social dining and playing games. Between the house, the fire pit pad, the waterfront deck and the floating dock, plenty of areas to spread out and enjoy. Recommend bringing a 10x10 pop-up canopy for the deck, some sit in the shade, others sunbathe! Very comfortable place to relax and have fun!

Very clean, lots of fun things to use like kayaks and paddle boat, etc. Even got to see a bear wandering the property! The wash machine was not working which was disappointing. Had family that needed the use of a wash machine. There are uneven floors throughout so if you are with elderly people who shuffle, take this into consideration. Also, one bedroom is so small that all that fits is the queen bed. Not necessarily a problem, just something to note!

A relaxed, lovely getaway

This is the second year our extended family has stayed at this property. It is spacious; well cared for; lots to do in the water; and the location is wonderful. Our children and grandchildren tell us that they would love to come again and again. You will be pleased with a stay at this property.

Great Location and feel

We loved out stay at this Cabin. It was exactly as we wished covered with trees right on the lake. The rooms and gathering areas in the kitchen were perfect for late night games. This home definately helped us create som good memories. We will return.

Great location with great views

We enjoyed staying in this cabin. There was quite a few of us but there was plenty of space. The large eating area of the kitchen was nice. Access to coves for exploring is nice and close by too. We saw several deer and eagles right across the lake from us. We asked several questions and the Host was always super quick to respond.

Cabin at Island Park

Cabin is better than expected. Kitchen view was amazing. The first cabin that our large group fit in one kitchen table! Cabin comes with everything that you need. We loved our stay and plan on coming back! The host is also very responsive which we appreciate so much.

The place was just as described in the listing and photos. A big bonus that isn’t mentioned in the listing: they have 4 little kayaks, 1 medium single person kayak, a very large double kayak, a peddle boat, loads of life jackets all free to use in the garage/boat house. There are 2 refrigerators which was very helpful for our party. Beds were comfy.

Beautiful location

Our family had a wonderful trip and enjoyed the large and spacious cabin and the beautiful surroundings on the lake front. There was an abundance of water toys, (kayaks and such), to keep everyone busy and having fun. The bedrooms were comfortable and there were plenty of beds for our 11 guests. The dining area was spacious and provided a wonderful gathering place for meals. Just lounging on the deck right on the lake was the perfect place to relax and enjoy. We would definitely stay there again the next time we are up that way.

Whoa! Trees in the parking lot.

Talk about a great place to stay and relax by the lake! This was exactly what we were looking for on our family trip. It's great for fishing and boating. You can't get a better location for ATV/UTV trails, which are just down the road. All in all, this place met all of our needs. All of the kids loved playing in the lake with all the water toys this house had available for use.

Bills Island Cabin

We had a great time. The cabin had all the immenities that made for easy preparation of meals! The large and beautiful dining table fit our whole group for meals and games! The extra canoes and the pedal boat were great fun and more of the family could be on the water at the same time. The property manager host was available through email and answered questions promptly and was most helpful! We would love to come back and stay at this property again!

Serene getaway

My brother wanted to see Yellowstone. Tiffany's lakefront property was the "calm" we were lucky enough to come back to at the end of each day before going back again to beautiful Yellowstone. It was just what we needed. There were only 5 of us, but the cabin could easily have accomodated many more with all sorts of water toys etc. Tiffany was always quick to answer questions and help.

Comfort for 14!

We ranged from ages 3 to 73 on this vacation. This lakeside cabin has 2 downstairs bedrooms so if stairs are an issue, there are options. 2 fridges were nice and the dining area was plenty big for all of us. Plenty of fun water equipment to use with a nice outdoor firepit for smores. We had 5 vehicles and a boat trailer to park, and we had space to spare. I would highly recommend this property.

Absolutely Amazing - Right on the Water!

We have stayed at many cabins around Island Park and this was the best. The location is fantastic. Being right on the water made it so easy. There was no need to haul things from the cabin to the deck since it is so close to the water. We spent almost all our time on the fenced deck over the water by the private boat dock and the large firepit area. The boat house has plenty of life jackets, kayaks, and a peddle boat. The cabin was comfortable. The big kitchen and eating area were big and fit our family. The kitchen was well-equipped (frying pans, pots, even an extra large pot for pasta night, electric griddle, cookie sheets, and crock pot) The arcade in the family room was a hit for adults and kids when we were not on the water. We loved our stay.

excellent family getaway

Our family trip had everything! Water fights, pranks, boating, pranks, hiking, pranks, good food, pranks, swimming, and most especially pranks. The house was very well outfitted and had everything we thought we had forgotten--first aid supplies, comfy towels, good pots and pans for cooking. The private dock was amazing. The beds were comfortable. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating, and even helped with some of the pranks :) The only drawback--most of us are over 6 ft tall and would occasionally hit our heads on one of the ceiling lamps. However, any concussions that occurred ended up making us smarter, so not really a detriment. 11/10 would visit again.
