About this property

Gorgeous Cape with Deck Close to Ponds and Ocean

2 Story contemporary cape with Kitchen, dining room and living room on the first floor. Also on the first floor is a bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom. Computer with wi-fi is located in the bedroom. Two more bedrooms and another full bath are located on the second floor. One bedroom has a queen bed, the other very large bedroom has three twin beds. A ping-pong table is located in the unfinished basement. A large private deck has an outdoor shower, teak table with 6 chairs and umbrella as well as a gas grill.

Split duct AC for living/dining/kitchen. Another split duct AC in upstairs queen bedroom.

Location: Ocean side of Route 6. Close to the National Seashore and Great Pond. Walking trail to secluded Duck Pond (approximately 20 minutes). Ponds are beautiful for swimming during summer months and ideal for small children.

Pillows and blankets are supplied, but guests are expected to bring their own sheets and towels.
