The ground floor features a spacious living area with an open-plan kitchen with a central island, a lounge area with a fireplace, and a wellness area with a sauna, steam room, laundry room and ski equipment room.

The dining room, overlooked by an elegant mezzanine, boasts generous ceiling heights that create a feeling of spaciousness. The warm, modern décor elegantly blends traditional Savoyard chalet features with modern touches.

Upstairs, a glass-walled mezzanine houses a billiards area, table football, TV, double sofa bed and bar, adding a playful touch to the ambience.

The sleeping area on this level comprises :
- Bedroom n°1: a Queen Size double bed with balcony access and television (possibility of making 2 small single beds)
- A separate shower room

- Bedroom 2: dormitory with 4 single beds (2x2 bunk beds), a large wardrobe and a desk
- Bedroom 3: one double bed (possibility of making 2 small single beds)
- Separate toilet
- Second separate shower room

- Bedroom 4: 2 single beds (or one double bed) with en-suite shower room
- Second separate toilet
