Peu de négatif: une chambre sans fenêtre et parfois une odeur de tuyauterie dans la maison, wui passe quand on aère.Il faut savoir que la plupart des lits sont doubles, selon la repartition ça peut être un inconvenient. Le terrain est assez petit et proche de la route.Beaucoup de positif:Une salle de jeu avec billard et baby foot.Vaste cuisine, avec une immense table où il y a de la place pour 20 personnes.Des terrasses avec une vue fantastique.Cuisine super equipée.Sanitaires modernes et impeccables.Les chambres sont belles, tout en bois, avec placards.La maison est grande, on y etait bien, à 10 adultes ,8 enfants et deux bébés.la region est magnifique, activités et randonnées à profusion.Et le contact avec Lucien Perrissin, le propriétaire, est facile et agréable.

Tres bon sejour. Gite tres bien adapté aux familles avec une piece de vie spacieuse, des chambres biens disposees sur 3 etages et une salle de jeux pour les enfants au sous sol. Bien equipe. Tout le monde s'y retrouve. Propriétaire tres acceuillant et disponible, merci beaucoup. Facile d'acces, a proximitéde la route du col (un peu de circulation mais pas genante). Chalet idéal pour une grande famille

Chalet vraiment parfait pour accueillir une grande famille. Nous étions 10 adultes et 2 enfants. Pour les activités il y a plein de petites choses à faire aux alentours. Pour les plus grands il faut prévoir de faire un peu de route. Après le chalet est bien desservis le propriétaire est très agréable et tout est fonctionnel dans ce chalet rien n'est oublié.

Une superbe prestation

Une superbe semaine a 16 en fevrier (8 adultes, 8 enfants) dans ce chalet spacieux et qui a dépassé toutes nos attentes. Les 3 niveaux permettent de garder une intimité par couple, tout en ayant un espace de vie, cuisine, ... qui permet de tous se retrouver. La navette au pied du chalet est également tres appreciable. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir

Pas pratique pour le ski

Bien équipé, spacieux, très lumineux, et une salle de jeux . Le propriétaire est disponible et très aimable. Parcontre pour un séjour de skieurs c'est une catastrophe les navettes ne respectent pas les horaires arrivent pleines et ne s'arrêtent pas à l'arrêt devant le chalet . Entre le départ du chalet et l'arrivée sur les pistes compter environ 1heure .

Sehr tolle Unterkunft für einen 30. Geburtstag mit Freunden

Wir haben mit 16 Personen in dem Haus gewohnt. Tolle Ausstattung, es hat nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist perfekt um Ski zu fahren. Der Skibus hält direkt vor der Tür und führt in das Skigebiet Le Grand-Bornand. Wir können das Haus nur weiter empfehlen.

Très beau chalet bien rénové et très bien équipé.

Merci à Lucien pour son chaleureux acceuil. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans ce beau chalet, on apprécie la bonne literie et les belles terrasses ensoleillées, la grande salle avec l'immense table spacieuse, la navette qui passe en bas du chalet pour l'accès aux pistes de ski. Le grand Bornand encore un très beau petit coin de France !

merci à Lucien pour son accueil et sa gentillesse, son chalet est trés fonctionnel, nous étions 6 familles avec des enfants et nous ne sommes jamais génés, tout le monde avait son espace ! les prestations de ce chalet sont de qualité ( trés bonne literie, équipement cuisine complet, etc...) bref nous avons déjà reservé notre semaine pour 2018 !!!!!!

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans un chalet avec tout le confortable, spacieux, très propre, très bien équipé, une excellente literie .... en plus la vue y est magnifique et le propriétaire très accueillant. Une adresse à garder pour les prochaines vacances.
