If you are looking for a spacious place to unwind with extra facilities such as an indoor swim spa and a petanque court then look no further! 

The property boasts a family suite for four people (a double bedroom an adjoining bunk room and an en suite shower room) three other double en suite bedrooms, a double bedroom next to the shower room in the ground floor spa area, and a top floor dormitory/ play space for up to six children.

The property is in Villard sur Thônes, not too far from St Jean de Sixt, gateway to Le Grand Bornand and La Clusaz.

La Ferme du Gran Shan will appeal to family groups and groups of friends or colleagues, to sport fanatics and those who prefer a more pampered holiday experience all year round. Kids are well catered for - in fact, it's difficult to try and think of a group who would not enjoy staying at this property, unless only a property on the piste will do!

IMPORTANT: Since the photos were taken, a new chalet has been built behind the property, visible from the terrace, without compromising the view or the privacy of the premises. PLEASE NOTE that the maximum occupancy of the property is 15 people. In accordance with the fire safety regulations, the property complies with the provisions of the January 31, 1986 decree (later amended) for residential buildings. Therefore, although the property has beds for 18 people, the maximum occupancy of the chalet must not exceed 15 in order for it to comply with the provisions of the decree of 22 June 1990 related to establishments that provide public access. Chalet located in a quiet neighborhood – please respect the peace and quiet of the surroundings.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
We require a security deposit of €1,000 via a pre-authentication of your credit or debit card, which does not affect your card balance. The pre-authentication will be released as soon as we’ve checked the property and confirmed there is no damage. This is normally done right after your stay, but it could take up to 14 days after your departure.

If you cancel your booking and are due a refund, we will deduct any third party payment processing or foreign exchange fees related to the booking that we have been charged from the amount refunded.
