Appartement spacieux et pratique. A 10 min à pieds de la grande plage, du remblai et ses animations et du supermarché.En revanche, volets roulants non fonctionnels, porte de placard cassé, appartement sale et environnement bruyant.

Bon appartement dans l’ensemble

Dans l’ensemble l'appartement est vraiment satisfaisant, attention tout de même à quelques points importants : le bien se situe juste au dessus d’un fast food ouvert jusqu’à tard dans la soirée, occasionnant de sérieuses nuisances sonores en conséquence Également, bien que quelques équipements soient récents (comme la cuisine), l’appartement montre quelque signes d’âge comme la manivelle des volets difficile à utiliser, une télécommande difficile à faire fonctionner ou encore un sellier protégé de l’extérieur et des pigeons uniquement par une petite plaque en bois
