This 3-person retreat is tucked away on the North side of Clearwater Beach and is just steps from the white sugary sand!



Beautiful, updated and spacious 1 bedroom cottage featuring a Queen bed and a Sleeper sofa. This has a delightful interior and it accommodates 3 guests. The living room features an accent chair and TV.



Adjacent to the living area is the updated kitchen offering stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and all of the amenities needed to make a meal.



The cottage is equipped with plenty of linens, towels, and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. There is WiFi, Smart TV and shared laundry.



Location is the cherry on top! It's steps from the sand and walking distance to popular restaurants like Frenchy's, ClearSky, Palm Pavilion and more!



Please note: *This cottage is behind Island Vibes House – both units can be rented separately or together. Each has a private entrance and the only thing that is shared is the laundry area.

It was a great location and the beach was 20 feet from our place. The only thing is there is no parking for the cottage in the back. I felt very stressed out trying to find a free parking spot. If you don’t have a car your fine.

Just as advertised, parking is definitely hard to find but condo was steps away from beach and restaurants. Had just about everything we needed!

Amazing location.

Great location. A few minute walk to Frenchy’s and beautiful beach water. One minute walk to 24 hrs local convenience store. I will most definitely recommend this spot to family and friends back home.

Love Clearwater Beach

Great location! Walking distance to everything. We had a ride service to and from the airport and that was the only time we were in a vehicle. Beach Time Rentals was very responsive to any needs or issues we had. Overall a great experience and we will be back!

Cute cottage

We had the unit at the rear of the property. They made use of each inch of the space. It was very clean, completely remodeled, and equipped with all we needed. Perfect location! Walking distance to everything you need and want. Highly recommend!

Great location, property management was responsive. Parking was a significant problem. Property owner needs to provide dedicated parking for renters.

We loved our stay at this cottage. It was clean, the communication with the owner was top notch and the location was perfect. It was an easy walk to the beach (about 1/2 a block), and we walked everywhere else the whole week that we were there. The only time we took an Uber was getting dropped off and picked up from the airport. The restaurant literally next door (Reefers) had amamzing food, we ate there a couple of times. We were impressed with how clean the cottage was, and loved the cute shutters on the windows. The wildlife was abundant but we personally enjoyed the cute little lizzards and giant pelicans in the area. Overall, this was the perfect spot for a couple and we'll be back to stay here again.

This property was perfect! The only thing I'd do different is get an UBER from the airport to the cottage (and back to the airport). EVERYTHING is within waking distance from the cottage. Our rental car never moved.

Loved the location on North beach. In walking distance to everything. We didn’t have a car so parking wasn’t a issue for us. The property is small but would be fine for shorter stays. It is the back rental of the property so no view. Short walk to the beach. Only con was the 2 beach chairs they provided need to be replaced.

Perfect place but zero parking ruined it , had to park 5 blocks away and couldn’t use the car for fear of not finding another spot . Never realized how important a parking spot was

A quick "cool" stay in Clearwater Beach

We had a great short stay in Clearwater Beach. The unit is as described, just note the front porch in the photo is not for this unit's use. Consider this a well appointed efficiency apartment, missing only an oven. Julian was very responsive to our questions... we texted and received almost immediate responses. Great for a couple retreat.
