Its a super comfy and completely renovated condo right on the no-drive section of New Smyrna Beach! You will feel right at home while you enjoy all that this condo has to offer. Located at Castle Reef, where you have direct access to the beach, pool, shuffle board courts, grills and tennis courts. This corner unit is the perfect place for you to snuggle up with a good book on the balcony and listen to the waves. For those that want to keep their toes in the sand, there's some beach games, including bocce ball, enjoy a relaxing dip in the ocean and soak up the warm Florida Sunshine.. You don't have to travel far with restaurants and grocery stores located within walking distance. Or a few-minute drive to Flagler or Canal Street to frequent the local watering holes, shopping districts and even more restaurants. This is home away from home. 🩵

Please shower off all sand before coming back to unit. Also beach chairs and umbrellas. $50 Extra Cleaning fee will apply if there is sand in unit.
DO NOT STRIP the bed. Housekeeping will handle. PLEASE LEAVE BEACH TOWELS draped on balcony chairs. Leave other wet towels on hooks in bathroom.
DO NOT LEAVE THE DOORS OPEN WHILE THE AIR CONDITIONER IS ON. IF YOU DO THIS IT WILL CAUSE GREAT CONDENSATION AND DAMAGE TO THE WALLS. FINES APPLY.

Great condo complex

We have been coming to NSB for quite a few years and this might be one of the cleanest, quietest condo's we have stayed at. We love the no drive beach and the location to great restaurants. The condo was very clean and welcoming. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Great place

Every experience we had with this condo and its owner was positive. The location is perfect, the condo is immaculate and lovely. You could park your car and leave it for an entire week or see the many beautiful spots NSB has to offer. Thank you, April!

Condo is beautifully decorated, very clean & has everything you need for a lovely beach trip! Condo complex has amazing landscaping. Great location..right on the beach & has a small store across the street for anything you might need. Owner is very helpful & responds quickly to texts. We can’t wait to go back!

Our first impression was, WOW!! The unit lived up to its billing. Impeccably decorated and upgraded. Immaculate condition. Great ocean view. Most importantly April communicated with us from start to finish. She made us feel like it was our home. Will definitely rebook this unit in the future!!

Wonderful Stay!

We always stayed at Castle Reef in my late teens/early twenties, this trip brought back some great memories. April is a phenomenal host and the unit is great, you will not be disappointed if you choose her condo for your next stay! Quick Weekend Trip

Perfect property for a quick weekend beach trip for 2. Kitchen is well supplied and property is right on the beach and across from stores and restaurants. Condo is clean and balcony has a great view of the water. Owner is quick to reply and help with anything we needed! Would stay again for sure!

Wonderful time at the beach.

This property is one of the best places we have stayed on the coast. The owner has tended to every detail so all we had to do was enjoy our vacation. It is high end luxury with a wonderful view. We are so very thankful to April for sharing her home with us . Hoping to stay again soon.

The beach! My mother lived most of her last years in New Smyrna Beach. It’s a very special place. It’s peaceful and beautiful. The people are great and it’s not the typical busy touristy beach.
