Cozy home in Colle di Compito LU
Independent vacation home with private pool in a small village about 15 minutes from Lucca. The fully fenced property is surrounded by greenery. Here you can spend a relaxing vacation by the pool or organize trips to Lucca, Pisa, Florence and the beaches of Versilia (only 44 km). In the garden there is a veranda with outdoor sofas and a table where you can have lunch or dinner. The small village of Colle di Compito (stores) is within walking distance, it is only 500 meters away. Near the veranda flows a stream, the sound of the water is very relaxing and regenerating. Parking for two cars on the property. Electric gate at the entrance. The pool is very large and has a minimum depth of 1.60m and a maximum depth of 3m.
