Lovely home in Vodnjan

This beautiful holiday home is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. It is modern. The house consists of 2 flats with external stairs. Relax in the shade of the covered terrace with a marvellous panoramic view of the Brijuni archipelago that will enchant you. In the hot summer months, you can cool off in the swimming pool while your children have fun on the swings or slide. In the nearby tavern, the Croatian konoba, or in the restaurant you can savour the traditional gastronomic offer. Go on bike tours. There is a cycle route about 100m from the holiday accommodation.

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und das Haus macht einen ordentlichen Eindruck auch wenn es in die Jahre gekommen ist. Schade das in der oberen Etage keine Fensterläden waren. Die neue Küche hat alles was man braucht. Das Internet bricht abends immer ab. Das Gelände ist schön und gepflegt. Leider ist der Tennisplatz nicht mehr bespielbar. Keine Netz harter Betonboden. Auch Basketball ist nicht mehr vorhanden. Wäre gut die Bilder zu aktualisieren. Trampolin, Tischtennis, Dart und Kicker sind neu und haben unsere Enkel fleißig genutzt. Der Pool ist schön und war das Highlight für die Kinder wurde 2 mal die Woche gereinigt.Leider ist die Ausfahrt vom Grundstück etwas schwierig da starker Verkehr mittlerweile. Dennoch würden wir es wieder buchen da wegen des weitläufigen Gelände es erholsam war. Einen Panoramablick hat man von der oberen Etage auf das Meer.

Lage TOP. Außenbereich klasse. Haus geht so.

Bei der Ankunft empfingen uns die Eigentümer herzlich mit einem Gastgeschenk. Die Verständigung war zunächst schwierig, da sie weder deutsch noch englisch sprechen. Der Sohn hat uns dann jedoch telefonisch auf englisch alle offenen Fragen beantwortet. Der Außenbereich ist großzügig mit genügend Schattenplätzen und verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Die Dartscheibe war täglich in Benutzung. (Eventuell eigene Pfeile mitbringen). Der Pool ist schön groß und war sauber. Die Liegen waren noch OK sollten jedoch demnächst mal ausgetauscht werden. Das Haus innen ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Bad unten ist sehr klein; bei Belegung beider Schlafzimmer unten könnte das ein Problem werden. Eine Spülmaschine wäre toll gewesen, war aber auch ohne kein Problem. Die günstige Lage - schnell in Fazana - schnell in Vodnjan - und der top Außenbereich werten das Ferienhaus auf.
