4 bedroom cozy home in Pula

In the small Istrian village near the city of Pula is located the beautiful vacation home. The object was built very comfortable and with focus on quality. In the interior modern elements were combined with rustic ones. The large property is dominated by the beautiful outdoor pool and Mediterranean plants. The first floor, with large open living area and the fireplace in the middle of the room, will be the most visited part of the house, along with the kitchen and dining room. All bedrooms have air conditioning. The minimum ceiling height is 137 cm. At the wonderful outdoor pool you can sunbathe or play with your children and on the covered terrace a stone fireplace, sink and refrigerator are available. Visit the city of Pula and its sights, such as the amphitheater and the Temple of Augustus, or the Brijuni National Park, which is of historical importance for this area. The local restaurants and bars are known for their culinary specialties.

Aufgrund der tollen Bilder und Bewertungen haben wir uns für das Ferienhaus in Muntic entschieden.

Aufgrund der tollen Bilder und Bewertungen haben wir uns für das Ferienhaus in Muntic entschieden. Wir sind zu sechst angereist und waren bereits vormittags in Muntic am Ferienhaus, wo wir die Eigentümerin Dolores an traffen. Check-in ist ab 16 Uhr und wir waren mit Dolores per WhatsApp (wie den gesamten Urlaub) in Kontakt, sodass wir bereits 15 Uhr rein konnten. Wir empfehlen das Ferienhaus sehr!! Es bietet sehr viel Platz, allen Komfort (Waschmaschine, Trockner, Bügeleisen, 2 Kühlschränke mit Tiefkühler, Spülmaschine, Handseife an allen Waschbecken, Handtücher, Klimaanlage in jedem Schlafzimmer, Kerzen auf dem Tisch, Radio, Fernseher, Begrüßungsgetränk mit der Eigentümerin uvm.)Dolores hat sich mehrfach per WhatsApp erkundigt, ob wir etwas brauchen, Ausflugstipps benötigen und war sehr nett. 2x die Woche wurde der herrlich große Pool gereinigt. Die Gartenanlage ist groß und toll eingewachsen, so dass man unbeachtet in den vorhandenen Liegestühlen liegen kann und seine Ruhe hat. In dem kleinen Ort gibt es zwei Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Öffnungszeiten 7-22 Uhr).In 5 min ist man mit dem Auto in Pula, 15 min in Medulin.
