Tolle Ferienwohnung

Tolle Ferienwohnung die hält was versprochen wird. Großzügige und sehr saubere Wohnung in sehr ruhiger Lage. Der Pool war ein Highlight. Mia und ihr Mann sind sehr aufmerksam und haben bei Fragen immer schnell reagiert. Im Ort gibt es einige kleine Läden für den täglichen Bedarf und nette Restaurants. Wir verbrachten einen sehr entspannten Urlaub in sehr schöner Umgebung

Wohlfühlhaus und nette Gastgeberin

Wir haben zwei schöne Wochen in der EG Wohnung verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Es ist ruhig gelegen, in Fußnähe ist aber ein kleiner Laden und zwei Restaurants. Wir sind regelmäßig mit dem Auto weggefahren und konnten so in kurzer Fahrzeit sehr viele schöne Strände und Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen. Der unbeheizte Pool ist ebenfalls sehr schön, aber evtl. bereits Anfang September etwas kühl. In unserem Fall war das Meer tatsächlich wärmer als der Pool (zumindest hat es sich so angefühlt). Insgesamt haben wir uns in dem Haus sehr wohlgefühlt und können es uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Wir würden es wieder mieten.

Superbe appartement

Un superbe appartement très bien situé et bien équipé. Propreté parfaite, et la piscine est un vrai plus. Des accès à la mer à proximité loin de la foule de Pula. Il faut aimer parler allemand…. Destination prisée des allemands… et de leurs chiens ! Seul bémol de la location ces aboiements, mais ça la propriétaire n’y peut rien.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet und sauber. Die Einrichtung ist auch geschmackvoll. Das allerbeste ist der Pool! Mia war hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt!

Unterkunft wie beschrieben

Tolles Haus bzw Appartement. Pool toll . Fliegengitter und Klimaanlage könnten auch im Wohnzimmer und nicht nur im Schlafzimmer sein. Sonst alles sehr schön.

Schöne, sehr moderne Ferienwohnung "Garten". Alles sauber und neuwertig. Der Pool ist super. In ruhiger Lage, abgelegen vom Massentourismus. Medulin und Pula sind sehr schnell erreichbar. Absolut weiter zu empfehlen!

Das Haus war einfach perfekt für zwei Familien durch die beiden Wohnungen. Innen drin alles modern und sauber. Die Kinder liebten den Pool. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Wunderbar

Das Haus ist einfach toll. Mia und ihr Mann sind sehr hilfsbereit. Sie sind immer gut erreichbar sollte was sein. Es war sehr schön. Ich bin mit meinen Kindern dort gewesen und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir können das Haus und Mia absolut empfehlen.

Beautiful Home

Great property in quiet neighborhood. Everything you need is there: fully equipped kitchen, comfy beds, great living spaces. The hosts are accessibly and very helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Modernes gepflegtes Objekt

Wir (2 Erw, 3 Kinder 7, 10, 14 Jahre) haben es genossen in dem modernen, sauberen Haus Mia. Die Lage des Hauses ist am Stadtrand vom Dorf. Wir haben dies bevorzugt, da es ruhig liegt , aber man kommt überall schnell hin: Einsame Buchten oder auch Medulin mit seiner Promenade ist alles in kürzerer Zeit mit Auto erreichbar, auch Pula oder Rovinj etc. Wir hatten die Erdgeschoßwohnung Morgens konnte man immer am Pool frühstücken. Die 2 Schlafzimmer sind klimatisiert und das muss im Hochsommer auch sein. Ideal wäre noch, wenn das Wohnzimmer klimatisiert wäre. Das eine Schlafzimmer hat ein Holzgitterbett. Badezimmer ist mit Whirlpool. Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Aber am schönsten waren die Stunden am Pool, der mit 1,35 m Tiefe ideal ist für Groß und Klein. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Tolle Unterkunft

Wir waren für wenige Tage in der Garten Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet. super waren auch die zwei Bäder, vorallem der Whirlpool. Zu letzt noch ein schöner Garten mit Grill und ein super Pool. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

Erholsame Tage in der Nachsaison

Wir haben 10 wunderbare Urlaubstage in Liznjan verbracht. Die Wohnung liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig knapp 15 Minuten vom Flughafen Pula und der Autobahn entfernt. Ein idealer Standort, um Istrien zu erkunden, das wir erstmals besucht haben. Mia und ihr Mann sind sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet, sehr großzügig und gepflegt. Die Fotos in der Objektbeschreibung sprechen für sich. Wären wir nicht ständig unterwegs gewesen, hätten wir sogar noch den Pool nutzen können. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Fam. Nathaus

Traumhaus und Urlaub im wunderschönen Istrien nähe Pula

Mia ist eine zauberhafte Gastgeberin und hat ein wunderschönes Haus mit zwei Wohnungen und einem Pool in der Nähe von Medulin. Wir sind zum erstenmal in Istrien gewesen und haben uns in die Landschaft, Städte und das Haus verliebt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall zurück. Das Haus ist optimal konzipiert und bietet zwei bis vier Personen jede Menge Platz. Alles sehr gut durchdacht, modern und wohnlich.

Prima Haus mit allem was man braucht

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und nichts im Haus vermisst. Schön war für unsere Kinder vor allem der große Pool. Kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auch fußläufig erreichbar. Vermieterin sehr sympatisch. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert!

Alles Super!!!!!!

Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Alles was man zum Leben benötigt ist vorrätig. Auch der Garten und der Pool sind sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Vermieterin Mia ist sehr nett und steht einem jederzeit zur Verfügung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Großzügige, voll ausgestattete Ferienwohnung (Hausetage) in ruhiger Sackstraße. Lebensmittelgeschäft, Restaurants sind leicht zu Fuß erreichbar. Seit heuer gibt es auch noch einen privaten Pool. Fazit: perfekt !!

Très belle maison neuve au calme dans un village proche de pulla et de la mer

Maison avec belle piscine propre, chambres climatisées, la maison est grande ;Terrasse très agréable . Les propriétaires sont très discrets et sympathiques. Le village possède plusieurs commerces, une banque, et 2 très bons restaurants.

Tolle Wohnung mit großartigem Pool und bester Betreuung!!!

Wir, 2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder, haben uns aufgrund der sehr positiven Rezensionen für dieses Ferienhaus entschieden, und es stimmt: Die Wohnung ist großräumig und hochwertig ausgestattet, der Pool ist nagelneu und super geplegt und die Vermieterin Mia und Ihr Mann kümmert sich mit viel Herz und Geduld um alles und alle. Sie haben uns sogar eine private Delfinfahrt über ihren Bekannten, der vorort Tauchlehrer ist, organisiert. Das war unser Highlight dieses Jahr! Meine Kinder waren ganz aus dem Häuschen. Dafür vielen Dank nochmal. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
