Awesome home in Massarosa LU

Charming holiday home with pool in the hills of Montigiano, just 13 km from the beautiful beaches of the carnival town of Viareggio. The accommodation is on one floor and consists of two bedrooms, large kitchen and dining room with fireplace, bathroom. The outdoor area with partial view of the Tuscan countryside and the sea is equipped with barbecue and table tennis. The area is ideal not only for sunbathing on the beaches, but also for walks along oil and wine roads leading to Lake Massaciuccoli (23 km, bird-watching) and the ruins of ancient Roman thermal baths. The Apuan Alps (about 49 km) are suitable for climbing, but at Colonnata you can also savour the culinary delicacy Lardo di Colonnata (bacon). The Grotta del Vento cave promises an interesting adventure: here you can go 90 metres deep. Art lovers will love the cities of Lucca (20 km) and Pisa (30 km) with its famous Piazza dei Miracoli. Ferries depart from Viareggio to the Cinque Terre. The last 100 kilometres of the access road are unpaved.

Zusätzliche Müllgebühren

Bei der Abreise wurden wir aufgefordert den Haushaltsmüll mitzunehmen oder ihn gegen eine Zusatzzahlung von 30 € in der Wohnung zulassen. Und das bei Reinigungskosten von 130 €.. Von dieser Zusatzfebühr stand nichts im Vertrag. Sie wurde von der Kaution von 300 einbehalten. Von Fewo direkt wurde um Hilfe gdbeten, vrrwies abef nur auf Novasol. An die kommt man aber nicht heran. Von Fewo direkt erhielten wir eine veraltete Tel.MNr. und eineu passende mail. Wir fühlen unsabkassiert.
