About this property

This beautiful and fun 5 bedroom/4 bathroom entertaining beach house will make you want to move to Port A! Upstairs is finished with 3 king bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The open living space has a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of room for everyone to relax. Down stairs is a separate bunk room- with full over full bunks and an amazing 75" TV with XBOX. A recently added King Bedroom downstairs allows adults to sleep down stairs with close access to bunkroom through the Jack and Jill bathroom. The driveway accommodates up to 6 vehicles. The expansive porch overlooks the private heated pool.

Spring Break 2024

The heated swimming pool was a big hit for my family! I loved the open kitchen/living area and the 5 bedrooms with various sleeping options. It was perfect for our two families and a grandma! Everything we needed was there. Mike responded quickly to any questions we had. It was a great spring break house for us.

Family love

Our house was a huge beautiful one. The location was great and everyone was courteous on keeping it quiet after a certain time. We had couple little issues but our host was very quick on responding and taking care of the issues quickly. I would definitely recommend this house for others to stay and when it comes to another gathering i would come back and stay at Mr. Dayons condo!! Thank you for allowing us the use of your condo for a great birthday weekend with my family.

Great Location

Nice size house very close to the Beach. Brought our golf carts and only took a short 2 min drive to the sand. Loved the pool and use of the garage and the extra fridge. Plenty of room for our group of friends. Great communication with homeowner

Mike and I live in Texas and we love the beach! We have several homes in Port Aransas and we love to have people come and stay! Our goal is to provide the best experience possible by offering cool places that provide entertainment for the whole family.

Why they chose this property

We purchased the Beach Baah from a good friend who is from Massachusetts. So instead of Beach Bar- we call it the Beach Baah! One of the coolest things about this house is the size of the deck! You could spend hours watching the world go by. The private heated pool is huge! So much room to play or chill.
This house is situated on Parkplace with access to the Boardwalk- from the house to the beach it is exactly 1/4 mile walk. The boardwalk does consist of quite a few stairs (137 to be exact) so it is not handicap accessible.

What makes this property unique

One of the best things about this house is the size of the beds. When we travel we always want to sleep in a king size bed and so do the people we travel with. So we put 3 king beds on the top floor. I put in a couple of futons on the top floor just in case you have little ones that need to sleep close. The bunk room is underneath the house and it is a great space for guests of all ages to relax. It has a 75" tv with the Xbox setup and its own bathroom. My kids love this room to stay with their friends. We recently added a 5th bedroom downstairs in spring 2022 to adults can be closer to the kiddos in the bunk room.
