The Eastside Getaway

To finalize your booking for this and all future stays with The Eastside Getaway, please review and agree to the following terms to confirm your reservation:

General Terms
We’d be happy to approve your booking with the understanding that any of the following violations may result in additional charges or cancellation of your reservation:
• Excessive wear or trash left behind.
• Smoking inside the house.
• Noise complaints or disturbances.
• Unauthorized late checkouts, parking, or gatherings/parties.

Parking is limited to six vehicles: four in the driveway and two on the street directly in front of the property.

Guest Requirements
• A valid government ID (and a photo of you holding the ID) may be required at any time before or during your stay. Failure to comply may result in a canceled booking and liability for any associated revenue loss.
• The maximum guest capacity is 12. For more than 8 guests, there is an additional fee of $25 per person per night.

Prohibited Activities
Unauthorized visitors, possession of illegal substances, tampering with exterior cameras, or engaging in illegal or dangerous acts may result in immediate cancellation of your stay, law enforcement involvement, and additional fees ranging from $50 to $500 or more based on the severity of the incident.

Fees
To avoid additional fees, please ensure the home is clean and well-cared for at checkout. Additional charges include:
• Cleaning: $50/hour for cleaning beyond 2 hours, or $75 minimum for biohazard messes.
• Smoking indoors: $300 cleaning fee.
• Pet fees: $60 per stay, plus additional charges for damages.

Pet Policy
We welcome pets with the following conditions:
• Pets must be reported before arrival.
• Pets should be kenneled when left unattended and are not allowed on beds or furniture.
• Supervise pets in the fenced backyard and clean up after them. Dispose of waste in the designated bin near the garage.

House Rules
1. No parties/events or visitors after 10 PM or overnight without prior approval.
2. No smoking or vaping indoors. Dispose of cigarette butts properly.
3. Quiet hours:
• Sunday–Thursday: 9 PM–8 AM.
• Friday–Saturday: 10 PM–8 AM.
4. Do not engage in illegal activities on the property.
5. Keep the home pest-free by not leaving food out.
6. Report any damage or breakages and arrange for repairs/replacements.
7. No weapons allowed on the property.
8. Remove your shoes inside the house.

Entertainment & Extras
• Free movies and shows are available on Netflix.

If the property appears damaged or unclean upon check-in, please notify us immediately. Guests are responsible for any damage or costs incurred by themselves or their invitees.
