This villa, located in Prades, is ideal for 10 vacationers. It offers 4 bedrooms, a private pool from 30 May to 15 September, an enclosed garden and WiFi.
The lounge is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Curl up on the comfortable sofa and enjoy a good book in front of the fireplace or take advantage of the amenities on offer, including a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, WiFi and a CD player.
The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table which seats 8 or outside, on the balcony, in the garden or on the terrace enjoying views of the mountains and the swimming pool.
The villa has 4 comfortable bedrooms, 1 including a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower, and 3 including a double bed, Several bathrooms are available, one with a shower and 2 toilets, one with a shower and one with a shower and a toilet. A separate toilet is available
The villa features a vacuum cleaner, a washing machine, a fan, ironing equipment, cleaning products and a jacuzzi.
Note that the cleaning and bed linen are included in the rental fee. Towels must be brought by the guests or can be available with additional 7 euros per person to be paid on site. A tourist tax of 1 euros per person per night will be required upon arrival.
Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking is not allowed inside. Pets are allowed on demand, for an additional fee of 50€ per pet per stay. Parties are not allowed.
There is a ping pong table on site partnership with canoeing and hikes. The showers are italian style. There is a spa and sauna on request at an additional cost. Concierge service possible, bed made every morning and bathrooms cleaned, on request with an additional cost. Meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) can be made on request with an additional cost. Messages is available on request with an additional cost. A laundry service is available on request at an additional cost. A grocery store with local products is available on site. There is a pool house with toilet, a walk-in shower, garden furniture, a fridge and a high table with 4 chairs.
