Final cleaning must be done by the guests or can be available with additional 150 euros to be paid on site. Towels must be brought by the guests or can be available with additional 50 euros to be paid on site. Bed linen must be brought by the guests or can be available with additional 100 euros to be paid on site. A tourist tax of 1.4 euros per person per night will be required upon arrival.
Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking is not allowed inside. Pets are allowed on demand, for an additional fee of 100€ per pet per stay. Parties are allowed.
