About 500 m from Pedona, this house part of a charming two-family house welcomes you on a beautiful private property of about 8 ha on the top of a Versilia hill, overlooking a wide coastline of Viareggio, Lido di Camaiore, Forte dei Marmi and the island of Capraia in the distance. Large common green areas and a lighted swimming pool (20x8; depth: max. 3m) near the owners' house, which is about 100 meters further upstream. The vacation accommodation has alarm system and safe. Common children's play area. Distances: 5 km Camaiore, 15 km Lido di Camaiore, 20 km Viareggio, 25 km Lucca, 30 km Pisa. Arrival only 4pm-6pm (extra fee for late arrival).
