Beautiful cabin.

It was a beautiful cabin to stay in, a great location. We wished the kitchen was better equipped with some mixing bowels and some little things to prepare things for cooking. Overall we would definitely book to stay again in the future.

One of the best places we have stayed at, very comfortable. Very clean. Easy access. Checking in was amazing, had no problems what so ever. Will definitely be staying again very soon. 10/10 recommend.

Bears Den

The website checkin process from the beginning was clunky. I had to call the support staff each time using it. The cabin was weathered. Lots of carpenter bees eating both front and back. We even had ants in kitchen first night so we put all items (including dry goods) in the fridge. All but one pool Que was useable and the space for said table was not sufficient to actually play with any type of accuracy. Blinds on back door on one side were broken, rocking chair on front porch broken and arcade machine wouldn’t even turn on. The upstairs carpet was dirty, found tags from other peoples purchases prior, and the shower curtain was so long it hung out. It was for a much bigger shower. There was trash outside around the property and front porch to include water bottle and old cigarette packs. The pool needs to be cleaned as well. Much more attention to detail is needed in this complex. Will not be back to that cabin group in the future

Absolutely loved this cabin

I would loved to have had directions to the office to pay but overall it was what I wanted. I would plan to stay with this resort again.

Beautiful and quiet area

The rental was as pictured and described. Communication with the company that rents this location was very poor and I was not able to connect with someone until a few days before we left which was very frustrating and left us fearing we would not have a place to stay upon arrival. It ended up working out, but we would have been happier without the additional stress. Check-in went easy. There were several cabins in close proximity so keep that in mind when booking. The king bed on the main floor is in need of replacement. There is so much wear on the sides that you cannot roll over because you are too far down and the middle is way higher. The hot tub jets did not work on one entire side. Also the cleaning people were there outside our cabin waiting for us to leave at 9:30 a.m. Checkout is 10:00 a.m. This made us feel really rushed as we were packing our vehicle. We had plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 teens and overall we had a good stay.
