Creekside Mansion is a beautiful cabin located just outside the attractions of Pigeon Forge. Unwind in one of your two hot tubs, while taking in the charming views of trees and wooded areas. Poor maintenance

Air conditioning, toilets and faucets were a problem due to poor maintenance. Air conditioning and faucets not fixed during our stay. Have been promised a credit due to problems which is nice but doesn’t solve my embarrassment with my family. We have been doing this for over 20 years and this was our worst experience by far.

Great Cabin, a few problems

The property is as advertised, however we registered a group of 36 and we only had about half that amount of towels and only about 5 washcloths for the whole cabin, no hand towels and only one dish towel was provided. Several beds did not have a top sheet and the blanket that was on the bed was very very light. We had to call twice to request the linens we needed, when they arrived we were given bath mats instead of hand towels and no additional kitchen towels were provided.
