Loved the cabin and the location. Seeing the ocean so close and having the pool was wonderful. Will stay again. Cabin was so cozy and clean.

Cute cabins, great location

Loved our little cabin. Perfect for the two of us at the end of the day. Sat outside in the back, so comfortable and relaxing! This is out new spot to stay at.

Great spot for a gal and her dog.

My black lab and I had a great visit! Between their pool and the ac in the New England heat wave the property is close to the beach and Congdon’s, what more could anyone need in Wells?

Great location!

Small rustic cottage. Bathroom and shower are tiny! Bedroom was nice and comfortable. Nice to have kitchen so you don’t have to eat every meal out. We would stay again.

Short weekend stay

My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay at the cottages. It was cute, clean and had everything we needed. We were able to watch the thunderstorms one evening from the porch and the sky light over the bed is lovely to wake up to. The location is perfect on the main road, very easy to find and lots to do in the area.

Cozy little cabin, just enough space for two and enough amenities for a weekend. You can cook outside your cabin but have to bring your on grill. Would stay again but if went with family would definitely need bigger units which they have.

There is no view,no bathroom sink,no dishpan( especially needed as kitchen sink used for bathroom).We noticed a leak in kitchen doorway when it rained.

Weekend get away

Cute small cottage. Everything was very clean and Stacey was excellent in communicating. The description does say it’s a small cottage. I was fine for the weekend but I don’t think I would stay for a week. Only because the shower and toilet area is very small. Other than that it was a great rental. It had a grill , fire pit with wood , close to beach, and they allowed dogs. Would recommend to others to stay here , great price too !

Very cute little cottage community! The hosts were extremely accommodating and responsive. Great location. The pool was a nice touch and we loved that we could bring our dog. Our cottage was a little run down, which is totally fine and expected, but the floors were extremely slanted and the toilet had some wood blocks propping it up. Didn’t bother us much and couldn’t beat the price and location, but I could see how it might bother some.

The hosts were great. However, the cottage we stayed in (#6) was tiny. It should not be rented for longer than 2 nights. The toilet has no door, as there is no space for one. Very little space if you want to unpack. Overall, the accomodations were “trying”

Quaint cottage

Perfect for two adult and our pup for a quick trip. Cottage is small but functional. Kitchen has all the basics, bathroom was clean, and the shower had great water pressure. The location is perfect! You can walk across the street for amazing coffee and donuts and it is a short trip to the beach. The skylight is above the bed so if you stay in the summer and are sensitive to light bring an eye mask or plan on waking up with the sun.
