The property exceeded our expectations! Our trip required comfort, quiet and convenience- this place had these qualities in abundance! It is often that the photos in the listing and the descriptions rarely live up to the advertisement but this place actually is better. We were so impressed with the amazing job they’ve done with this property.

Kevan, comfort, quiet and convenience were exactly what you needed, and it matters that the space delivered all three. Hearing the property held up against its photos is the best compliment a listing can get. The door is open whenever your travels bring you back this way.

The house was a great place for four of us to have while on a golf outing in the area. It’s centrally located with easy access to restaurants and stores. We had a few questions for Paul that were answered quickly and that was appreciated. Good stay with a nice pool and spa in which to relax after each round.

We were in town for a martial arts tournament. The house was great and had everything needed for two families sharing one space. The home and pool were clean, and the host provided a few necessities (coffee, toiletries, spices) that were greatly appreciated. The AC did go out in one half of the house early in our stay. The host was responsive and got everything fixed quickly and efficiently. We will definitely consider staying here again when visiting Phoenix.

We loved the property. Some suggestions dressers in bedrooms. An updated bbq. More utensils in kitchen, wisk, spoons, spatulas. Pans large, pots. Oil doors. Ant traps. We had 9 people overall good place for that size of party. Ty.

Great house with convenient location.

Large, clean house very accurately described in a quiet neighborhood conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. Great backyard with some road noise but did not prevent us from enjoying the patio and hot tub. Property manager was very responsive. Would stay again next time we are in Scottsdale.

Beautiful Home

We enjoyed this home as we rang in 2025 with our extended family. It was an ideal location. We enjoyed the beautiful backyard and jacuzzi. The kitchen was awesome and supported us hosting our large family meals and holiday baking. We definitely would recommend and will look into it for future trips to Scottsdale/Phoenix.

Beautiful Az Home. Great for the summer days.

We are local and rented for the weekend to have a pool. This was the first weekend it was 100+ degrees. Great little staycation and our little really enjoyed the water. Clean house and beautiful neighborhood. Great area with lots of close by amenities. We will be back, absolutely.
