This is the premier property in Dewey, with firepits and outdoor grilling stations. Enjoy the outdoor pool. Three bedrooms two with a king bed and the third a queen. We absolutely loved this condo in Dewey! Robin’s instructions were precise and every detail/direction regarding the rental was made easy! The condo was so very clean and well maintained and at a perfect spot right on the bay near the beach and all the great restaurants. Thank you - the memories we made in this long weekend will last a lifetime!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and accommodations. It was the best! The unit was just as it looked in the pictures, and it was exactly what I wanted! I felt perfectly at home…but better! I would definitely book again!

Girl’s Mini Vacation

The place is beautiful. Very comfortable and a wonderful view of the bayside. Very easy to park and unload are bags. We enjoyed the location and the 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Not the owners fault but they were sanding the concrete right in front of our deck so couldn’t keep door open or sit outside. We ended up going to the Oceanside. This is a lovely place to stay and I would recommend.

This property is top of my list of best places we've stayed - so clean and new and lovely. My kids really enjoyed the pool and the super close bay beach area. We all want to come back here.

Perfect place & property for family vacation!!

Everything about this place was great. Location wise it really can't be beat - beach, bay, & two pools on property made it perfect for our family vacation with two young kids (5 & 1). The condo is beautifully decorated, immaculately maintained, & fully stocked with everything you could need. We'll certainly be back!

We were in town for a family wedding at the Hyatt. Very convenient to just go upstairs and relax before the reception. Owners were very accommodating and great. Answered right away. Very spacious condo. Our family was definitely impressed. Lol

Excellent Property

Beautiful condo and great location. Extremely clean and well equipped. Two small complaints. The unit does not offer basic cable on the TVs, all streaming. No ESPN nor CNBC, which are the only channels I watch. Also, there was heavy rain during our visit and the units parking spots flooded. The water basically pools in the spots (not an issue elsewhere in the garage) and remained flooded for a few days after the rain. Anytime you got in or out of your vehicle your shoes got soaked. This seems like a facility program moreso than the owner's issue but it should be addressed with the facility manager at the Hyatt.
