EVERYTHING IS BRAND NEW: FLOORS, KITCHEN, BATHROOMS, FURNITURE, RUGS, ETC. MIN 4 DAYS ON WKNDS. Contact host for month or month+ reservations even if your days are booked (we'll try to accommodate you). Spacious all polished and updated 5 bdr Greenwich house with one bdr on 1st floor, huge kitchen which has 2nd TV. River-like pond is a 2 min walk. Park-preserve with hiking trails is a 3 min drive. Famous beach is a few min commute. Train station is a 20-25 min walk. NYC is a 25 min commute. Best location for leisure and commute. Plenty of restaurants are a 1-2 min walking distance from the house. A lot of stores are within a walking distance. No more than 2 dogs. Only registered people are allowed to enter the house. We greet our guests. Dogs need to be registered, too. No other pets please. Look forward to hosting you!
