Workation

It was a very clean and quiet place. Tenants were friendly. Close to trails and downtown without the noise. The pool and hot tub were always clean and ample equipment in the weight/exercise room. I would absolutely stay here again.

Good location, and the building is well maintained. Quiet area. overall a good place to stay. Place got fairly warm during the summer with no AC or fan in the apartment. other than that, as advertised.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My only complaint with renting from EMR is in their refund policy. I know that other companies like VRBO will refund your deposit if you have to change your plans, as long as you apply before a certain date. EMR has a non refundable deposit which is half of the rent. You can gamble and pay the full rent and hope another guest will be found for the same time period. In this case you will be refunded 75% of the total rental fee. This alone makes me want to look for another rental company.
