Great homebase to visit Redding, Lassen Volcanic National Park and Shasta Dam area. Well-appointed home on a quiet cul-de-sac with easy access to highways. The host was helpful, the house very clean, and the kitchen had everything one might want.

The house was in a great location for the activities we were doing. It was as described and working with The owner was easy and communication was very smooth. We had a slight issue the first night on arrival and communication was easy and quick and Joel took care of the issue as fast as possible. It was a great stay and would stay here again.

Fayette House was Wonderful! The kitchen had Everything. The beds were Very Comfortable. We spent a lot of time at Lema Ranch, and Kids Kingdom. In the evenings we watched movies on the Big Screen. We had a Peaceful and Enjoyable Vacation!

Great place for an extended stay!

We enjoyed a full week at Fayette House in Redding! It is conveniently located to all things Redding! We did day trips from the house a couple of days and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood & patio most evenings. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay. We were only in town for a couple nights, but this home was a perfectly comfortable place to stay. We were a party of 4 which included my elderly mother-in-law and this property provided everything we needed for a nice stay.

House is close to everything which is great. The beds are very comfortable and the house is a nice place to hang out and relax. The only suggestion I have is a deep clean of bedroom carpets and the fridge/freezer. But other than that the house is very clean as well.
