The cabinets extend to the ceiling and are fully stocked with amenities, including a Vitamix, Keurig, traditional coffee maker, Instant Pot, Air Fryer, non-stick pots and pans, and more. The oversized island has quartz countertops and seats 5, while the adjacent dining area comfortably seats 8.

Outdoor Area:

Prefer to dine alfresco? Enjoy a cocktail and dine on the patio overlooking the pool. The poolside dining table seats 6, and there are 4 lounge chairs and a gas grill. The saltwater pool features LED lights for evening swims; special light settings are available upon request.

Second Level: Two king master suites plus a laundry room
Third Level: One king master suite, one queen suite with two queen beds, and a bunk room with two sets of twin bunks

Before you dive into relaxation, here are a few important details to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay:

Check-In: You do NOT need to bring a government-issued photo ID and a credit card, debit card, or cash deposit for any incidental charges. SIMPLE PRIVATE ACCESS WITH A DOOR CODE!!

Rental Agreement: After booking, we’ll send you a Point of Contact form and rental agreement to complete.

Security Deposit:Just a heads up! A $500 security hold will be placed three days before your arrival, but no funds will actually be taken from your account. It's our way of ensuring everything stays smooth and stress-free for your beach getaway!

Address: You’ll find us at 30 Dune Side Lane, Santa Rosa Beach, 32459—your paradise awaits!

Safety Features: Your safety is our priority! Our home is equipped with pool alarms, fire alarms, carbon monoxide detectors, and a fire extinguisher.

Check-Out Time: Please remember to check out by 10 AM sharp so we can prepare for the next guests.

Rental Age: The primary renter must be at least 23 years old.

No Pets, Smoking, or Parties: To keep the atmosphere serene and family-friendly, we kindly ask you to respect this policy.

Quiet Hours: Let’s keep the peace! Please keep outdoor noise down after 11 PM.

Parking: There’s room for up to three cars in the driveway, plus a golf cart pad for your convenience.

Booking/Cancellation Policy: A 25% deposit is required at booking, with the balance due 45 days before your arrival. Cancellations made 45 days prior will receive a refund of the deposit, minus a $99 fee.

Trip Insurance: Protect your getaway! Trip insurance is available through RentalGuardian.

Cleaning Fee: A small fee ensures that our property is sparkling fresh for your arrival!
