Our stay was awesome. The house had everything we needed, and it was so relaxing. Close to the beach and a bunch of other stuff without the big crowds of the larger more crowded areas along 30a

A wonderful stay

This place is a gem! It was clean, well stocked, beautiful and spacious. The beach was a bit of a walk but not a crowded beach thanks to the state park. You can tell the owners care about this property and is well managed. The house was so comfortable and would recommend to anyone.

Gorgeous home and property!

Beautifully maintained and professionally managed. Has great private beach access! The bikes and golf cart were definitely a plus! We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back!

Hard to beat WaterSound Location and this Beautiful Home

We’ve been to Seagrove Beach each summer for the past 5-6 years and love this location. WaterSound is a gated community in a great location. Easy beach access, close to Beachy Bean, Buddy’s, OFFH, Seaside, Grayton etc. This home is well maintained and equipped with high end appliances, dishes, utensils, grilling tools and everything you need for a great stay. Communication from the property manager was timely and efficient. Would gladly stay here again.

Hannah's Pearl

Hannah’s Pearl is absolutely exquisite, extremely comfortable, well-appointed and all of the divine things that seekers of rest and relaxation on the beaches of 30A could hope for. From the ease of check in, to feeling immediately welcome and at home, our family had a wonderful time together and so much of this had to do the home and the location. We loved the gated community, the use of a personal golfcart, the cool beach bikes, the lovely boardwalk to a gorgeous beach, the community pool and the trails woven throughout. The vibe alone would be compelling enough to stay, but it was the home that became the highlight. The kitchen was well appointed – we love to cook – but the location was also convenient to dining out at top-tier eating experiences and mainstays in adjacent towns like Rosemary and Seaside. And while there was so much fun to be had, the luxurious bedding made it easy to sleep in for a bunch of A-types. We loved to make use of both screened porches after a day at the beach and lounge around in the perfectly sized pool. At every corner of this gorgeous and spacious home, thought and care went into the design, with comfort and happiness as the anchor. We had such a beautiful time together and will cherish this house and these memories forever. And I would be remiss if I did not mention how friendly the people here are. It is reminiscent of times gone by and true American culture. Top everything off with an incredibly responsive and helpful host!

Fabulous

The property was in the best location on Highway 30A. The Was perfect and had everything available. Rent the bicycles were in place and a full charge golf cart. Easy access everywhere community pool was right there in about a 3/4 of a mile walk to the beach. We had the best time there and again I can’t emphasize enough the house was perfect.
