The house was very clean and spacious. The pool table was liked by all. Beach was easily accessible via a short 1 min walk. There are steps up/down to cross the dune to get to the beach.

Great Week in the OBX!

Location was great - close to beach and community pool. The house layout was great for our family and friends of 11.Kitchen had every small appliance and an abundance of dishes, silverware, pots, pans, etc.We will likely rent again!

The location was great, very easy access to both the beach and the pool. The house had enough space inside and out to accommodate 12 adults. Seaside also sent us lots of communications which was helpful for check-in and check-out process. The biggest downside for us were the beds/sheets. The mattresses and sheets were poor quality which made it difficult for people to get a good nights sleep. The wifi was also bad (which they did warn about) but our phone service was fine, so I assume the wifi could be approved upon. People had to use their hotspots if they needed to work on a laptop. We’d probably stay there again in hopes the bedding and wifi are improved.
