Hello to you!<br>We rent our little haven of peace located in Chamrousse 1700 Domaine de l'Arselle in the villages of Bachat Bouloud, in a building on 3 levels (DROSERAS D) on the top floor facing south (very bright) with a view of the spruces and the mountain so no vis-à-vis.<br>Very comfortable apartment of 35m2 with 4 beds + 2 possible with BZ + large terrace 12m2 + ski locker.<br><br>The fully refreshed apartment consists of:<br> - Living room kitchenette with fridge, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, raclette machine and crockery of course.<br>-A bedroom with a new 160x200 bed.<br>-A 2nd bedroom with 2 new 90x200 beds as well.<br>- Living room with BZ sofa for 2 people + connected TV.<br>- Bathroom with bathtub and heated towel rail.<br>- Separate toilet.<br>-A ski locker with a children's sledge available.<br>-Access to private parking with automatic barrier.<br><br>Important information:<br>Bed linen and towels not provided.<br>Our concierge will welcome you on site for the handing over of the keys and will offer you its services (sheet rental 16€ for a double bed and 12€ for small beds + towels 5€ + cleaning end of stay 60 euros).<br>Located 5 minutes walk from the Arselle chairlift, ESF, ski ticket offices, ski rental, mini-market, bar-restaurant and access to the free shuttle throughout the resort (le Recoin 1650 and Roche-Beranger 1750), access further down also on foot in 5 minutes to the Arselle plateau Nordic area.<br>Pets not allowed, non-smoking accommodation, but smoking on the terrace is possible.<br>Weekly rental only from Saturday to Saturday arrival 4pm and departure 10am.<br><br>Resort Information:<br>The resort of Chamrousse is located at the tip of the Belledonne massif, only 30 kilometres from Grenoble.<br>It extends over three levels: Chamrousse 1650 - Recoin, Chamrousse 1700 - Bachat Bouloud and Chamrousse 1750 - Roche Béranger connected by forest tracks and paths, with the highest point being the Croix de Chamrousse at an altitude of 2250 metres.<br>Ski areas with high-performance ski lifts and an affordable pricing policy:<br>• downhill skiing with 43 slopes over 90 km to satisfy all levels, a snowpark, a ski area dedicated to children "La Montagne de Téo" with play and picnic areas and the possibility of skiing at sunset (2 times a week during school holidays),<br>• cross-country skiing with 41 km of cross-country ski trails on 13 trails,<br>• Ski touring with dedicated itineraries, including one at night.<br>
