Conveniently located right across the street from Bonnet Springs Park, and only 5 minutes to I-4 and close to downtown Lakeland, enjoy your vacation in our quietly tucked away Studio Unit. This cozy unit has its own private exterior entrance with designated parking. It is decorated to perfection capturing Florida's beautiful beach style. Property is furnished with a comfy Full-size bed, dinner table for 2 and full kitchen equipped with a 30in refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and range. Enjoy fully stocked utensils, dinnerware, pots, and a Keurig coffee maker with some k-cups. This will quickly become your home away from home. This unit has spacious closets stocked with an iron, hangers and towels (2 towels per guest). You will be able to swiftly connect to our smart TV to enjoy your favorite shows or connect for remote work. Property is also equipped with central AC, a ceiling fan and USB plugs and now a washer/dryer unit on property. Don't hesitate and book today!

The Space:
Cheerful and updated Studio home that was built in 2019. Property offers long term rental options. Property is clean and updated, and beautifully furnished with an airy and tropical beach style. Even though we do allow pets, there are additional rules and fees. Property is fenced-in and has its own washer/dryer appliance. Property also has audio and video recording devices located in the common area and exterior of the home for added security.

Guest Access:
All locks are electronic to access property. Guest will be given their own personalized access codes to enter the front door. We have (6) parking spaces available, as parking is available for guests of the home as first priority. Guests can drive to and from their respective locations, bus routes are a couple blocks walking distance. Ride share apps are available.

A very small place

The bed was too small for 2 grown adults. The kitchen table was too small and rickity. The refrigerator was so noisy, we couldn't sleep. No counter space in kitchen . No toaster. No coffee machine, only Kuirig and flavored coffee. Perfume scent in room overpowering. Air conditioner was also very noisy at night. My impression of the place was it was very clean but too small for 2 adults.

Good Evening and we appreciate your review. The items that you had complained about were clearly in the listing prior to booking. We advise that you please read through all details prior to any booking. We were not aware of any complaints to even be granted an opportunity to correct it. Bed size, and Keurig, is stated in the listing. It was also stated in the listing that a toaster was not included. The perfume scent was the linen scented wall plugs that could have easily been unplugged if dissatisfied. We apologize if you were dissatisfied with your stay in any way and we thank you for submitting those details so that we could work to improve future experiences.
