Great proximity to downtown

We came into town to visit and go to a wedding and it was a perfect location to be able to walk downtown and not have to drive anywhere!

Excellent Location - Cozy Stay

We came in to Beaufort for a wedding. The location is excellent, short 5 minute walk into town along the waterfront/marsh. Unit was very clean with all the accessories one would require. Bed was very comfortable. Nice size bathroom with plenty of towels and amenities. Check In process was confusing as there were no instructions listed in the VRBO check in tab. Knocked on the door of the host's house and met Mrs. Janet who invited us inside and walked us through the check in. She also provided several solid suggestions for lunch/dinner/breakfast. The hosts were very kind and welcoming. Overall 5 Stars stay.

We enjoyed the location. Very easy to walk to shops, restaurants, and cafe. Janet was very nice and recommended great places to eat.

Well kept property, great location to downtown. Very thoughtful appointments: great shower, kitchenette, laundry, extra towels, pillows, lighting. Very neat and solid workmanship throughout!
