ON SITE POOLS & Courtyards: Our property boosts two in ground Pools are shared with 7 other rentals on site . Courtyards has ping pong, corn toss and a variety of games for children and teens. Property has two outdoor showers , outdoor furniture, tables and loungers. Court have designated BBQ areas that have gas grills for family cooking and and outdoor dining.

Four Short Blocks to Beach & Boardwalk

This professionally designed, 5 BR, 4 BA Single Family non smoking, (Sleeps 10 adults and 4 children under 12) has 2 floors of living space, with each floor having its own kitchen and living room with large smart TVs, 2 full kitchen including small appliances, full size refrigerator, dishwasher & microwave. All cookware & dinnerware provided. This property has FOUR full baths rooms. All bedrooms have a Queen bed with large smart TV and closet system for organization. Fifth Bedroom has Queen Bed and a Full Bed with an ensuite bathroom. Both Living rooms have a queen sleeper sofa, This property has laundry room inside home withfull size washer & dryer. In home high speed router provided through out the property by FIOS. Laundry room in home with full size washer & dryer.

Lazy River Rentals offers short term & Winter rentals between: September - April
only for guests needing temporary housing for employment contracts or home improvements repairs. Guests must provide a copy of employment contract or verification of home ownership. Zoning for our properties prohibits rentals for temporary change of residency using home as a primary residence.

Disclosure; Sept 1 - May 15. - Off Season Short Term Rentals do not allow pets and occupancy is limited to no more than 1 guest per bedroom. 2 BR suites have a maximum occupancy 2 guests from 3 BR permits 3 guests, 4 BR permits up to 4 guests. Non Employment Guests would require employment verification and credit check.

Mature Young Adults - Lazy River Rentals will accept a limited number of young adult rentals starting April 15 though June 30, 2024. Rentals are limited to no more than 2 per bedroom. No outside Guests or Visitors. $ 150.00 additional registration fee added to reservation. No Group Prom Rentals Please

         OCCUPANCY & AGE RESTRICTIONS
As per Seaside Heights Ordinance #179 & 55-3. Between April 15 and June 30, occupancy limited to no more than two adults per bedroom plus two children 12 or younger. Minimum age for rentals must be 21 years or older and must be residing in the rental during the rental period. Reserving Guest will agree to provide names, addresses and ages of all guests staying in property. Reserving Guest and Guests under 21 must agree to have a Guardian Consent and a Parent execute a Parent Consent Form issued by the Borough of Seaside Heights. No Exceptions. Reservations during this time period can not have outside guests. Any group rental seeking to check in in which all guests are under 21 years of age or bring attempt  additional guests will be denied access and forfeit any monies paid. Maximum is 10 adults guests an 2 children under 12.
