The apartment has underfloor heating, radio, internet (W-LAN), and electric external blinds. Fitted kitchen, incl. Dishwasher, microwave, as well as washing machine and dryer, flat-screen TV and a bright, modern shower room are part of the comfortable, complete equipment. The apartment is designed for 2 people, for 2 more people there is also another fully furnished double room with flat screen TV.
10 minutes walk to the Römer thermal baths. Parking at the house.

Good place

Immaculately clean, very easy check in and good communication from the host. Located just near the centre of Bad Breisig - plenty of good restaurants and supermarkets plus nice children's playground next to the river. Be aware that the second bedroom is accessed via a communal entrance area for the other flat, if that isn't a problem then I would definitely recommend staying here.

Sehr schön für einen Kurzurlaub

Sehr sauber und sehr gut eingerichtet. Nachteil durch ein kleines Fenster sehr schlecht zu lüften. Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer durch einen Flur getrennt, der der Zugang zu einer anderen Ferienwohnung ist. Beide Türen sind abschließbar. Sehr umfangreiche Informationsmappe.

Wir waren für 3 Nächte Gast in dieser Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung ansich ist nett und modern eingerichtet und es war alles vorhanden. Ein wenig störend fand ich, das sich im Wohnraum kein Fenster befindet. Doch wenn man den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist, kann man darüber hinweg sehen. Bad Breisig ist ein nettes Örtchen mit tollen Lokalen, auch die Umgebung ist bestens zum Wandern geeignet.

Nett eingerichtetes, kleines Souterrain-Appartement

Wir waren mit unserer 4-köpfigen Familie für einige Tage zu Gast. Das Appartement ist nett eingerichtet, die Möbel sehr gut erhalten und / oder fast neu. Das Appartement ist hell und vermittelt damit einen guten ersten Eindruck. Es handelt sich um ein Souterrain-Appartement bzgl. des Wohnbereichs, ohne Fenster (von einem Lichtschacht abgesehen). Ein zweites Schlafzimmer passte ideal zu unseren Anforderungen, so hatten die Kinder ihren eigenen Schlafplatz. Dieses liegt ebenerdig und ist durch Fenster gut zu belüften. Rollladen und ein TV sowie ein Kleiderschrank runden den guten Eindruck bzgl. dieses Zimmers ab. Das Hauptzimmer besteht aus Wohn-, Küche- und Schlafbereich, zum Ferien machen völlig ausreichend bzw. gut. Anzumerken ist, dass das Hauptzimmer und das separate Schlafzimmer ausschließlich über einen Flur zu erreichen sind, der auch als Ein- bzw. Durchgang des Vermieters fungiert. Morgens gegen ca. 7 Uhr oder abends 22 Uhr knallte die Haustür dementsprechend auch schon mal zu... wenn die Kinder älter sind, kein größeres Problem. Störend wirkte die schlechte Abluft aus dem Hauptzimmer, da keine Lüftung und nur ein kleiner Kellerschacht vorhanden sind. So musste für erträgliche Luft oft die Haustür und die Zimmertür offengelassen werden, um etwas Frischluft zu bekommen. Erwärmend wirkte auch die Heizungs- bzw. Warmwasseranlage im Nebenraum zum Appartement (trotz Tür). Dass es sich um eine Souterrain-Wohnung handelt, war in der Annonce hier nicht angegeben, eine EG-Wohnung, wie angegeben, ist es sicher nicht (das eine Schlafzimmer hingegen schon). Die Fotos zeigen,, dass ein kleiner Kellerschacht das einzige Fenster im Wohnteil ist. Die enorme Helligkeit, die auf dem Foto durch den Lichtschacht dringt, kam zu uns leider zu keiner Tageszeit durch das Fenster. Fazit: + Hell aufgrund hell leuchtender Spots, + tolle Einrichtung, stilvoll, + gute Küche mit Spülmaschine, + Waschmaschine und Trockner vorhanden, + tolles Schlafzimmer im EG, - keine Fenster im Appartement-Wohnteil bis auf einen Kellerschacht, durch den sehr wenig Licht dringt - Flur mit Vermieter zu teilen (mit entsprechender Frequenz) - schlechte Luft aufgrund fehlender Lüftung und Fenster. - Zimmer ist nicht von innen nicht abschließbar (von außen wohl).
