Coral Ridge Isles Beauty - Waterfront Pool Villa, BBQ

We call it the Coral Ridge Isles Beauty, but this 2,200 sq ft stunner has affectionately become known as “The CRIB.” This fun and flirty pad is located on a Fort Lauderdale canal and boasts an amazing array of lavish amenities that will delight a group of up to 8, fun loving family or friends.

This 4 bedroom/2 bathroom showcase house is a slice of luxury living. The living room is in ultra-modern style, with spacious designer seating and a large flatscreen TV. The kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and the formal dining room with an attractive view of the back makes meals an occasion with elegant and modern décor throughout. There's a small office/sun room where you can enjoy the view from the breakfast bar, or check your email on the house computer (Internet is included).

The master bedroom is just as lavish as the rest of the house, including hardwood floors, a king-size bed, a flatscreen TV, and an attached master bathroom. The second bedroom also features a king-size bed and a flatscreen TV, while the third and fourth bedrooms each have 2 twin-size beds and lots of light.

The backyard is south-facing for optimal sun and cooling breezes. The heated pool is large and the surrounding patio has ample lounge seating and space for sunbathing, with fencing for privacy. There's a shaded alfresco dining area with a gas grill, and the adjacent full wet bar includes stylish seating, an icemaker, a wine cooler, and a hookup for a working keg! The dock has great views of the water and ample dockage for a boat. 2 kayaks are available to paddle the canals and enjoy the scenery.

4 beach cruisers are stowed in the garage. Fort Lauderdale is where the action is, headlined by the amazing energy of The Strip and its upscale restaurants, bars, and clubs that pulse with hot music and gorgeous people. There are also more relaxing delights available in Fort Lauderdale on trendy Las Olas Boulevard or nearby Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, a charming little seaside village of quaint shops and waterfront restaurants. In both cities you can enjoy fun in the sun, including sunbathing, swimming, watercraft rentals, scuba & snorkeling, beach volleyball, and much more. It's so much fun here; you may need another vacation after your vacation!

Second Stay at the Crib

We have stayed in multiple locations in the Coral Ridge Isles area however, this property was the best. A few minor issues during our stay but the property manager was very responsive and resolved them quickly. Absolutely will rent this location again.

Great house for a family vacation

Traveling with a family of 7 (incl three ”kids” in their 20s two of their spouses) to catch Florida sun, NBA and NHL around new years. We got exactly what we were looking for.. A spacious, well-equipped and well-maintained property with a warm pool by a canal in a peaceful neighbourhood but a short drive to services and the beach. Strongly recommend! A hassle-free experience with all the support we needed from tha manager, Lars.

Beautiful Home

This place looks exactly like the pictures. It was clean which is my top priority when booking a place. I stayed with my husband and 3 kids and it had plenty of space for all of us and the heated pool was so nice to have. The neighborhood was quiet and I felt safe which is also a priority of mine. It’s only about a 10 minute drive to Lauderdale beach and maybe 15-20 to Pompano beach which was really nice and convenient. The backyard was so peaceful and well maintained. The host Lars was great and responded quickly to any questions I may have had. I would definitely stay her again.

Great house

Traveled from Texas for a doctors appointment. Stayed at the house for eleven days. Lars was wonderful & responded quickly. Keurig was missing a part, & he delivered a new one to us. House was very clean & comfortable. Loved the location. Little too cool & windy to use the pool. Only complaint, middle bedroom did not have a fan. Would highly recommend this house.Loved staying outside on the patio, plenty of seating. Very quiet neighborhood.

Eight friends spending time together in the sun. The house was ideal. We cooked, sat by the pool talked into the night. The house was perfect and the outside space was great. Very comfortable and the updates are beautiful. Already thinking about going back next year.

This beautiful canalfront property is fabulous! My wife and I took two employees to to a trade show and we chose a VRBO over a set of 3 hotel rooms. Smart choice indeed! The house is updated and clean throughout. The pool was heated and perfect after a long days' work. Couldn't ask for more.

Annual Sibling Gathering

We spent two weeks at this property and enjoyed every minute of it. Great outside and pool area where we spent the majority of our time. All furniture and beds where comfortable, good internet and TV's are great. Kitchen well equipped and all devices worked! Host is very responsive to any questions. Lot's of wildlife to watch. Ducks, fish, crab, iguanas, geckos and racoons! Beaches very close by as is grocery stores, restaurants, and Wal Mart! We would go back to this location in a heartbeat.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was very satisfied with my stay, however it could’ve been more enjoyable if aunts were not everywhere in the house. They were all over the counters in the kitchen, over the stove in the bathrooms and the bedrooms which was a nuisance. Also, the laundry room needs a step down sign I almost broke my neck walking in there. Other than that the house was clean and exceeded my overall expectations. It was in a GREAT LOCATION, nicely decorated and was perfect for me and my friends!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were a lot of things I loved about the place: kayaks, the pool and having a dock. And although a few miles from the beach this could have been perfect except either management and/or owner just neglected to handle basic business. Grill had not been properly cleaned below and the grease buildup resulted in a serious grill fire. Thankfully I was able to extinguish it. Mgmt came out and cleaned it the next day. Found out later that same night the dishwasher and icemaker did not work. Icemaker was never fixed despite repeated promises. Fortunately, there was an outdoor icemaker. It took from Tues until Sat before dishwasher was replaced. Totally unacceptable. Also internet service and xfinity cable was horribly inconsistent. I assume that was normal. So make sure you have an unlimited data plan on your phone. A few outdoor chairs had rusted legs and should be replaced. I get managing expenses, but it should never get this bad. Someone should have checked this stuff before a guest arrives, and not waited for a guest to self-report. It is a shame I really liked the house overall, and would recommend it provided the stuff gets fixed. Property Mgmt was nice and responsive but no real sense of urgency.
