Ideally located at the base of Mt. Hood, The Cedar House is the perfect home for your family's next fun-filled vacation. This beautiful two-level, three-bedroom house features a private, furnished deck dressed in lots of comfortable seating and a private gas grill for those fun family barbecues. Inside, the home enjoys vaulted ceilings, beautifully finished floors, and an open concept in the main living space with lots of room to move around. When you're not out back relaxing under the homes beautiful old-growth cedar tree, hang out in the entertainment area to watch your favorite movies and shows with the Roku TV. The handsome woodstove will ensure the home is nice and toasty during frosty evenings and the ceiling fan will keep things cool on warm days.

The full kitchen enjoys all the appliances and counter space the family chef needs to put together a delicious meal for the gang and you can enjoy your creation at the dining table with seating for six or outside on the deck as an al-fresco meal. The breakfast bar includes three barstools for the kids to enjoy their favorite afternoon snacks. Afterward, let the dishwasher knock out all the dirty dishes while you head out to explore the many nearby amenities that include a shared pool and hot tub at Mt Hood Oregon Resort. The home is close to the three golf courses in Welches. When it's time to call it an evening, you'll have three well-appointed bedrooms to get a wonderful sleep in.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
