Our vibrant apartment in the heart of Paris offers a perfect blend of style and comfort. Its modern and elegant design provides a chic and inviting atmosphere for a memorable stay. You can take a short walk to the station and hop on a train to visit nearby towns and cities or explore Paris's vibrant neighbourhoods on foot.

It is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features two large sofas, a single armchair, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table where you can dine with your loved one.

The kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook some delicious homemade meals.

The bedroom has a queen-sized bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the essentials; fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

Please note that the flat is next to a school and is susceptible to noise from the street.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary.
Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
