The bedroom area is equipped with a queen bed lined in hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest and multiple storage spaces.

The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience

The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

The apartment is on the 1st floor by stairs and guests will have the entire place for themselves during their stay.

The Centre Pompidou, Cathédrale Notre-Dame de Paris, Place de la Bastille, Musée National Picasso-Paris, and Musée des Arts et Métiers are all within walking distance. The neighborhood is vibrant and charming, with plenty of cafes, bars, and shops to explore.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary.
Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
