Complete kitchen, clothes washing machine & AIR CONDITIONING, which was extremely necessary during the heat waves summer of 2026 (38 - 42 C). Agreement included costs of electricity, which was not too bad considering our daytime use of AC. Nearby restaurants & grocery stores were convenient & excellent. Is in a pedestrian area, with taxi's less than 1 block away. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience with great communication from staff. The location is brilliant, right in the middle of everything, close to metro, airport line and other trains. Tem minute walk to the Louvre, so many attractions and shopping within walking distance!There are lots of restaurants in the street which is lively and convenient and can get noisy, but the bedroom faces the rear of the building so it is very quiet. The apartment has everything you could need and is spacious. The kitchen is very well equipped.Great memories and would definitely recommend!

Amazing Location

If it is all about location, this place is for you. If you don't mind a little grit, some cracks in the walls and ceiling and a little mold stains around the edges, this place is for you. It's an old building. Imperfections are part of the charm. The bathroom was recently remodeled and very clean. The kitchen was adequate. The charming art nouveau decor was a distraction to the imperfections. The bed was comfortable. We would stay here again.

This has been our fifth stay here in Paris and this has been our best. The apartment was perfect. Diane was great in communicating with us. The location could not have been better. we stayed 48 nights and could walk or metro everywhere. This flat was on the first floor, and easily accessible. Metro was within two minutes away. Five minutes to the Seine, ten to Notre Dame. Restaurants and cafes within steps. PHighly recommend and would definitely stay here again in the future.

Appartement bien équipé et bien situé

Au premier étage d’un immeuble sécurisé en plein du quartier châtelet! Tout à proximité et à même pas 150m de la station de métro et RER. La description et les photos correspondent aux biens! J’y ai passé un très bon séjour!
