The separate kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and cutlery you’ll need to whip up a delicious home cooked meal.There is also a dining table that can comfortably seat 4 guests.
As for the 2 bedrooms, each features a comfy queen bed that comes with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.
The bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up such as a shower, a bathtub, a toilet, and a sink respectively. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.
The flat is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitised for your safety.

The once-gritty 12th arrondissement is now a cluster of tranquil residential neighborhoods. The peaceful Coulée verte René-Dumont offers an oasis with gardens along a former elevated railway. Families flock to Bercy, an old warehouse district with a park and a concert arena, plus retail chains and restaurants. The Cinémathèque Française, designed by Frank Gehry, shows classic movies and has a museum and archive.
But if that's not enough for you, go for the Bois de Vincennes, ideal for a walk or a sports session, and the bassin de l'arsenal, a small marina located in the heart of the capital. A lot of shops and cafés guarantee a very dynamic atmosphere in this district, especially in the morning. Finally, let yourself be tempted by the planted promenade and its 4.5 km long which starts at the Bastille and ends near the Bois de Vincennes.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary.
Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
