Modern and tastefully decorated, this lovely 76m² apartment is on the 6th floor of a building with a lift and has everything you need for a comfortable stay!

This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favorite shows, and a dining table for four. There's also a private terrace with seating areas to lounge and enjoy the fresh air.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a cooking plate, an oven, and a microwave. Additionally, a Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine is available, but please note that we do not supply capsules. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

All three bedrooms have double beds with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Our apartment is located conveniently in the 2nd Arrondissement. Key pickup is 9 minutes away on foot, and we'll provide detailed instructions for a smooth check-in. Thank you for choosing our home, and we're excited to have you as our guest!

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

The 2nd arrondissement is located at the peninsula's southern end, formed by the Saône and the Rhône. It’s a bit like the heart of Lyon, one of the shopping districts with many pedestrian shops and the largest square in Europe, Place Bellecour, with the famous statue of Louis XIV in the centre. Part of this district, in the South, has just seen the birth of the famous "Confluence" project, an urban renewal project in the hypercentre of Lyon with brand new housing, offices and shopping centres.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus stop, Charlemagne - C. Perier, is one minute away only.

The nearest train station, Lyon-Perrache, is just a 15-minute walk.

Lyon-Saint Exupéry Airport is about a 35-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
