Appartement propre et fonctionnel avec une petite cour. Il manque juste un vrai aspirateur. La dame qui remet les clefs et trĂšs gentille et aux petits soins. Peu de commerces ouverts dans ce secteur d'ArgelĂšs Ă  la Toussaint, la vie est plus vers le ports Ă  3 km.

Mi CASITA est trÚs bien situé, proche de la mer et des commerçants. L'endroit est calme durant la nuit et éloigné de l'animation touristique, idéal. La conciergerie est au top à l'arrivée et au départ et se rend trÚs disponible. Par contre, la climatisation murale ne fonctionne pas et l'appareil d'appoint au sol est incomplet .estneest incoinutine

Petit inconvĂ©nient, il y a du vis-Ă -vis lorsque vous ĂȘtes dans la cour. NĂ©anmoins, cela peut ĂȘtre rĂ©glĂ© lorsque l’on ouvre le store extĂ©rieur concernant les habitations du haut !
