Our Home is close to everything on Anastasia Island whether it is walking to restaurants like Llama, Black Fly and our local tacos shops or watering holes Old Coast Ales, Odd Birds or the British Pub. We are only a short drive to the beach, the St Augustine Amphitheater (The Amp) or The Alligator farm to experience the zip lines and wildlife exhibits, there is so much to do.
Within a 25 minute drive from the property you can find both shopping, nature, history and golf. The Premium outlets at I-95 and SR16 has over 70 stores and premium outlets to choose from and if that is not enough The St. Johns Town Center is an amazing outdoor mall with restaurants on the south side of Duval County another 25 minutes to the north. On the nature front to the north there is Guana Tolomato National Estuary reserve for fishing and hiking and to the south there is Princess Place a 1500 acre preserve once the property of an exiled Russian Prince great for picnicing, hiking or wildlife watching. If golf is your thing northeast Florida has you covered, The PGA tour course at Sawgrass in Ponte Vedre plays host to golf royalty each year and is open to the public. A little closer to home you have a choice of courses at The World Golf Village, either the King and Bear or the Slammer and The Squire depending on your level of skill, and still even closer The Marsh Creek Country Club on Anastasia Island has recently opened its doors to the public to play marsh side along the Matanzas River.
