We stay in Rental properties in the St. Augustine area multiple times a year while visiting my daughter who attends Flagler. This one has jumped to the top of my list of favorites. The house is well maintained , close to everything and the views are amazing. The hosts were gracious and welcoming.

Beautiful property, fantastic location

We loved staying at this property. The location is so peaceful with beautiful views across the water, stunning sunsets await guests, and there is a simple wall across the bridge in to the Horta centre of St Augustine. Lots of decent coffee shops and other places in walking distance too. Fantastic for a break.

This home is stunning on the water and very clean! The owner was in communication constantly during the stay to check in on us and very helpful for suggestions on places to go and things to do! Will for sure stay again!

Best house in St Augustine

We love this property so much this was our 2nd time staying. Beautiful well appointed property. Perfect for 1 or 2 couples. Easy walk across the bridge to all the restaurants, bars, and sights. The back porch is absolutely amazing, so fun and relaxing to watch the boats go by. Neighborhood is super quiet and beautiful!

Great stay and view

We’ve stayed at this property twice now and plan to again next time we need a rental in St Augustine. Clean, great location, beautiful view and comfortable beds/furniture. We boated down and kept our boat at the marina three doors down from the house. Highly recommend.

Loved this home! Located close enough to downtown to walk everywhere we wanted to go, without having to deal with the traffic and noise of the night life when we were ready to turn in. Had enough parking for 4 larger vehicles. Check in was simple, the house was clean and had everything we needed and more. Perfect for the girls weekend trip we had planned. Host was responsive and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. We would absolutely come stay again.

Great view and nice home

Nice place to stay with a bit of walk to downtown if you want to spend time in historic St.Augustine. Owner is super fast to reply to messages. In fact probably the fastest I have ever seen , and we travel a lot . Highly recommended.

Historic & Hip

The view of old town and Bridge of Lions from the deck was priceless! We decided not to brave the crowds for light up St. Augustine since the view from the rental was so spectacular. A quick walk across the bridge and your in downtown without all the traffic and parking issues.

Exceptional property! Very clean and well stocked. Perry provides everything you might need and more! We loved watching the dolphins and boats in the intracoastal waterway each morning while having coffee on the porch. Perry was always very quick to respond to any questions I had. The neighborhood felt very safe and quiet. Neighbors were friendly. Great restaurants in very easy walking distance. Easy access to The Amp or downtown St Augustine. 10/10 recommend. We will be back next time we visit St Augustine! Thanks again Perry!!
