Everything about our stay here was exceptional. Check in was easy and Larry was an excellent communicator and accommodating when my arrival was a bit later than expected. The property was immaculate, but felt welcoming while giving the best mid century mod vibes. Highly recommend!

After getting double booked twice , Larry was so kind to accept us. Despite making last minute reservation the house was super clean and well stocked. Beautifully designed house with a nice pool . Had a great time over Spring Break. The house was as described and we loved spending time outside in the pool. House location was convenient to downtown Palm Springs and we were able to try some of the popular dinner and coffee locations that Larry suggested and they did not disappoint!

Great stay

My family loves the house, we enjoyed our stay a lot. There is so much history that goes into this house and this neighborhood. The owner is very easy to communicate. The pool is great even in winter! Highly recommended!

I can't say enough about Cate and her friend Clifton. Friendly and sweet guests. As architects, they said they always wanted a midcentury experience and it was all my pleasure to host them. We even had a chance to spend some time together before they departed. Any host lucky enough to have them for a stay is very fortunate indeed!

Mid Century fabulous

The property is an outstanding mid century home close to downtown Palm Springs. The owner is very nice and quick to respond to our questions. If you like mid century architecture this Wexler house would be a nice place to stay. We will be staying here on our next trip to Palm Springs.

Oasis in the desert

This home is spectacular and staying here feels like a magical step back in time. The house was clean and comfortable. Communication with the owner was so easy and his responses were prompt and thoughtful. My friends and I will come back, hopefully for a longer stay, for sure!

60th Birthday Party

A great time at a unique home. Close to restaurants, golf, shopping. Larry communicated with us throughout the stay asking if we needed anything, fantastic host. The home was the perfect venue for my wife’s 60th. Our kids and their spouses were with us and they had a good time as well. The sun was out so we had an opportunity to soak up some rays as well.

A mid-century gem in Palm Springs!

We had a fantastic family vacation at this property- and the decor and amenities exceeded our expectations. It is just like the pictures and more! From the mid-century modern vibe throughout the house and the heated pool, to the small details like the bikes and a fantastic record collection… it is true gem in Palm Springs! Jyl and her husband Jay and their children were very special guests for us. They drove down from Northern California and it was a special occasion for them and just their presence made it a special occasion for us! They appreciated the mid-century experience that means so much to me personally and means even more when I receive the kind of feedback that she gave. I will say that they were a model guest family as well and it became very obvious the way they cared for our house the way they left our house and could not be happier. I would rent to them again and again.
