This adorable 850 sq ft unit is in the heart of Prescott, just minutes from the downtown square. 850 sq ft, Sleeps 4, 2 Bedrooms, 2 queen beds, 1 full bath, kitchen, balcony. This comfortable and cozy unit is ready for you to rest & relax. It is located upstairs. There is a dog run area downstairs that you can take your pooch to, to do his/her business. Its set up with baggies and pooper scooper. There is a coin-op laundry room on the property for your convenience and security cameras in the parking lot. We are a mile from downtown, close to the rodeo grounds, and within walking distance to the newly improved Granite Park with 5 acres of fun filled activities. Lots of shopping and 5-star restaurants to partake in as well as all the hiking trails and 3 nearby fabulous lakes to explore. Some of the amenities include: Two Smart TVs, Wi-Fi. Shampoo, conditioner, soaps, ironing board and iron, extra linens for sofa bed (unit sleeps 6). Complete kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. Free parking, extra pillows and blankets, games, puzzles, and playing cards, Keurig coffee, French press, and Mr. Coffee machine. This unit is located on the 2nd floor.

Spent a great month here!

My husband, my 3-year old and I had a great time during our 5-week stay. The apartment was clean and very well equipped with everything we needed, and they were very pet friendly — the dog blankets were a special touch. The location is great, and neighborhood is quiet but also close to where life happens downtown. For those who plan a long stay, the laundry is excellent, clean, and well stocked with everything you may need. My child made friends in the complex and spent days riding her scooter and playing with chalk in the parking lot. The managers were very friendly. I highly recommend this place!

Lincoln stay

The host was pleasant to us from the booking, check in and the check out process. The environment was nice and not to mention the decors. My family enjoyed our stay at this beautiful . I do wish each unit had a washer and dryer instead of the laundry room on-site. Overall it’s a great a place to stay, my family and I know that if ever visit Prescott we know where we will be staying.
