Happy Trails - Pet friendly Eagles Nest with view, hot tub, fire pit

Welcome to Happy Trails, a beautiful, three-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home in the Overlook at Eagles Nest.

This beautiful mountain home has a main level king suite with beautiful views of the mountains. There is a pristine tiled shower with a glass door, and a long granite double vanity for your use. The living room has a comfortable leather sofa, chairs around the gas fireplace, and a large TV. The setting is perfect for family movie nights around the fire, or just getting cozy with a good book. A separate mudroom entrance with laundry and full bathroom is available to the side.

The kitchen dining table offers seating for six, as well as additional bar seating at the granite island. The appliances are recently updated, and stainless steel. Upstairs is a loft with a comfy couch for family or loved ones to sit. The corner table offers several board games that can be played while admiring the view outside the window. Family can gather around and enjoy the cocktail table arcade with hundreds of classis games! The doors close in this room for quiet time or if game night gets loud and fun, it will not disturb the guests in the surrounding rooms.

Additionally, there are two bedrooms that are separated by a full bath, with a tiled tub/shower combination and granite counters. One is a king bedroom; the other bedroom holds two sets of built-in twin over twin bunks.

Adjacent to the deck is the hot tub. This setting offers long ranging views, and breathtaking sights of nature. If you grow tired of the hot tub, you may cozy up by the fire with the family and roast some marshmallows.

Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each
HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p; Sat 2p-10p; Sun 2p-8p. (Please verify hours directly with the winery, as times may vary seasonally.)
Please note that all visitors on premises at the Winery must be 16 years or older, with the exception of Sundays. This is strictly enforced.

Guests do not have access to the locked-off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.

Additional Notes:
- CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- This home is now pet friendly, allowing up to two dogs for an additional rent of $25 plus taxes per night per dog. Max 30lbs per dog.
- Happy Trails is next door to Bear Claw Overlook and across from High Country Overlook.
- Firewood may be added at the time of booking, or by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You'll get two wrapped bundles of kiln dried wood and a firestarter for $25/night plus taxes.
- The North Pavilion is host to several summer parties including a Fourth of July celebration and concerts which guests are more than welcome to attend however, in the event there is a wedding or other private party, guests are not allowed in or near the Sportsman's Lodge.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there may be an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.
- Please be advised that private ATVs are not permitted in the community and will be denied entry at the gates.
- All linens and towels provided for your stay.
- All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious amenities
- Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception
- Guests returning to Happy Trails may receive a 10% discount, not to be combined with other discounts to the rent.
- Check in is after 4pm and check out is by 10am
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
