Welcome to Villa des Terroirs, ideally located in the heart of La Couarde-sur-Mer, on the Île de Ré. Just a few minutes' walk from shops, the market and 400 metres from Plage des Âneries, this villa offers a perfect setting for a family holiday or time with friends.



The property features a large heated swimming pool, surrounded by an extensive landscaped garden that invites relaxation in the Ré sunshine.



The interior, warm and tastefully decorated, is distinguished by its exposed beams, cosy atmosphere and generous spaces.



Spread over one floor, the villa offers large, bright living spaces, with a welcoming open-plan kitchen, a lounge and dining room with a fireplace and opening onto the outside.



It also includes two large master suites, each equipped with a dressing room and private bathroom. Villa des Terroirs can easily accommodate up to twelve people, offering comfort and privacy to each guest.



The villa benefits from a privileged location, close to the heart of the village: shops, market, restaurants and cycle paths are accessible within a few minutes. Âneries beach, located just 400 metres away, allows you to reach the sea quickly to enjoy swimming, walks or water activities.

We had an incredible reunion of old friends at Villa Terroirs, which was marvelously facilitated by the management company, Travel Paradise. The house was stunning-warm, open, and welcoming - perfect for a large group gathering. The backyard was absolutely brilliant for letting the kids run around, with lots of hidden nooks for discovery. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well-appointed. The location was perfect - right in between the beach and the main town center. La Couarde is a true gem. We loved Villa Terroirs, and are so appreciative that Travel Paradise made our trip so pleasant, organizing transfers to the train station, a private chef, and bike rentals. No complaints!

Fabulous house, brilliant location!

All agreed that this was the best house that we have stayed in over the 5 years that we have been visiting the Ile de Re! Everyone enjoyed the pool and the huge garden was great for football and treasure hunts with the grand kids. The location was brilliant. A short stroll for croissants in the morning and ice cream in the afternoon. Try the lobster shack just around the corner, delicious!! Several good restaurants nearby too and the beach is a short bike ride away. Fantastic !!

Wonderful family vacation

Villa Terroirs is perfectly located close to town and the beach, yet it is quiet and has a large yard which is secluded feeling. All of the rooms were well sized and comfortable. We loved the pool and garden and sitting outside at the large dining table at night! Travel paradise perks included bike service and French breakfast in the morning! This was a huge plus! We have been coming to ile de re 5 summers now and will definitely come back to travel paradise next summer (and hopefully villa terroirs!) There were some small issues with the dish washer and we were not sure how to use the stove sometimes but we were able to manage.

Fantastic villa, location and service.

We stayed for a week for a family gathering of twelve. Three generations, 80+ to teenagers. The villa was comfortable for all. Kitchen, bbq facilities, indoor and outdoor dining tables made for great family dining. Sufficient bathrooms for all. Lovely garden view and peaceful location. Fortunate to have been to Ile de Re previously, La Courade centrally located and villa within short walk of shops, cafes, restaurants and beach. Breakfast delivered daily helps get your day underway with ease and 12 good quality bicycles encourage you to make the most of Re life. The staff at Travel Paradise were so helpful before during and even after our stay. Can’t recommend accommodation and service enough.
